To Whom It May Concern:
T-Mobile
USA, Inc(“T-Mobile”) is in receipt of your correspondence dated May 30, 2017, regarding the above-referenced accountT-Mobile is pleased to inform you that upon speaking with Mr***, he confirmed that his concern has been resolved to his satisfaction
T-Mobile regrets any inconvenience Mr*** may have experienced in regard to the above referenced accountPlease be advised that on October 27, 2015, Mr*** purchased an iPhone Plus at the total price of $on a JUMP! On Demand lease agreementAt the time of signing, he was not required to remit a capital cost reduction payment; however, he agreed to a series of 18-monthly installment payments in the amount of $Upon the completion of the lease agreement, Mr*** could return the handset or purchase it for the purchase option price of $
It is important to note that Mr***’ account was bill current, meaning that payment for services were paid in advanceT-Mobile records confirm that Mr***’ billing cycle ran from the 2nd of one month to the 1st of the following month and was due on the 22nd after the bill cycle closedMr***’ billing statement dated December 2, 2016, reflected a total balance due in the amount of $for monthly access charges, applicable taxes and fees for services from December 2, 2016, through January 1, 2017, which was due in full by December 22,
Regrettably, on December 9, 2016, Mr*** cancelled his accountPursuant to T-Mobile policy, customers may be billed through the end of their current billing cycle if they cancel their service mid-cycleAccordingly, Mr*** was billed through January 1, It is important to note that on December 20, 2016, Mr*** remitted a payment in the amount of $120.29, which left the account with a zero balance
T-Mobile records confirm that Mr***’ billing statement dated January 2, 2017, reflected a total balance due in the amount of $which consisted of JUMP! On Demand charges, applicable taxes and feesT-Mobile records reflect the iPhone Plus handset was used up until December 8, 2016, and Mr*** confirmed he is still in possession of said handset
Unfortunately, on January 16, 2017, T-Mobile received a notification from Mr***’s financial institution that the $payment remitted on December 20, 2016, had been returned unpaid to T-MobileAs such, Mr*** was assessed a $returned payment fee and the charges for returned payment in the amount of $were added to the billing statement dated February 2,
Mr***’ billing statement dated February 2, 2017, reflected a total balance due in the amount of $which consisted of a $past due balance, the retuned payment, and returned payment fee, which was due in full by February 22,
As the account remained in a delinquent status and T-Mobile’s internal collection efforts were unsuccessful, on March 24, 2017, Mr***’ account was referred to a third-party collection agencyPlease note that when an account is referred to an outside collection agency, it may be assessed a one-time collection feeAccordingly, Mr*** was assessed a one-time collection fee in the amount of $26.72, resulting in an updated balance in the mount of $
Mr***’ account was referred to multiple third party collection agencies, and his account currently resides with Convergent Outsourcing, which can be reached at 855-871-Please be advised that although T-Mobile does not report information directly to any of the credit bureaus, the third party collection agencies to which accounts are assigned mayThe account may be reported to the credit bureau while a balance remains outstanding
On June 5, 2017, in an effort to amicably resolve this matter and as a gesture of goodwill, T-Mobile applied an account credit in the amount of $and the collection fee of $was also removed by the third-party collection agency, which resulted in a remaining balance of $It is important to note, that negative reporting will not be removed as a result of these adjustments

I am rejecting this response because: Yes, I fully understand that I was responsible for the JOD contracts. The failure on Tmobile was that the first CSR said my remaining balance was $245, so I turned the phones over to Tmobile. I could have very well went to *** with the phones and had no bill, but since the CSR said $I said no problem. A second CSR told me my bill would only be $after speaking with her at Tmobile, so these are Tmobile CSRs telling me the balance. Whether its software is not correct or CSRs giving wrong information, that is the problem. Provide me with accurate information that way I can make an informed decision. Yes, I understand my responsibility but Tmobile has zero responsibility in the information that they provide to the customer? A third CSR even said my balance was $345, so who do I believe? Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to mewith one exception - the executive response representative MsT*** did agree to also send an email detailing the fix and removal of the issue from my credit report. She has not followed through with this last part of my request. As I am in the process of applying for a mortgage at the present, TMobile's error may affect my credit score until the issue is removed. I need written documentation from them in the form of an email, detailing their error and resolution to submit to my lenders with the credit report. Thank you for your help!Sincerely, *** ***
