We apologize for the unsatisfactory experience of this customerThis customers order was delayed beyond our policy allowances by days, and ultimately has been cancelled and a full refund has been issued (as of 12/per this customers request)We believe that this is unacceptable and we are

I ordered a product on November 2016, and everything I called costumer service I was told that I would receive it in weeks but nothing cameNow there's no way to contact supplement warehouse

I placed an order with this company in December and after a month of not receiving my order, I tried to contact them via their website, via phone (could not get through to anyone or leave a voicemail), and via email all to to which I received no return contactI attempted again to submit a refund request via their website to which I received a message stating my refund would be processed and they would be in contact, neither of which were doneI tried to call today, and the number was disconnectedI tried to submit a message via their website and I got a message that read it was unable to process my request, and all of my email attempts today have been returned stating "the account you are trying to reach is disabled." Their website needs to be taken down so no one else falls victim to their money-stealing scam

I placed order on 11/and my credit card was charged on 11/for an order that I have not yet received as of 12/ I called two different numbers times only to hear there is high call volume and I should call back or use website help tab I emailed them on their help tab times with no answer I believe this site is a scam and I cancelled my order Hopefully I'll get my money back A Revdex.com rating of a B- is way to high Complete Failure!

I ordered from Supplement Warehouse and it took more than week and nothing came so we contacted them by email and the next day they said our order was shippedthey took our money at the time we ordered weeks earlierthen the next time we ordered they only sent half the of what we ordered and said we would have to wait for the rest but still kept our moneyNow the second part of our order came and it was only half of the second halfI'm trying to get a hold of them to cancel the rest but when I call it says there to busy to take my callDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

I placed separate orders for Starwest Botanical Rooibus tea on October 26,(Order # *** for $and *** for $32.80) The orders were never delivered and the internet means by which Supplement Warehouse says you can cancel your order and get a refund sent back to your credit card via the internet does not work I've tried calling them (414-455-and 800-545-8012) multiple times and you get disconected after they say "due to the high volume of calls we can not answer the phone call later" I have disputed the charges with my credit card company (USAA Visa) It appears to me that Supplement Warehouse is operating a scam in which they take people's money, don't deliver what they say they will and do not refund the money

Ordered a large purchase on the 20th of Nov;my daughter managed to get an email response after days that the order was on "hold" up to days pending processing payment of my orderAll well and good, except that the payment had gone through instantaneously with my credit card....sounds like FRAUD to me Tried calling (due to high call demand..blah blah...), writing email both external and internal to their site, and attempted chat All with no contact for the last days Obviously a fake and scam siteAVOID AT ALL COSTOr use at your own risk

I placed an order online November 15th I only received 1/of my order and was notified the rest was on back order January 19th I still had not received the rest of my order therefore requested a refund Upon my request I received an email stating it would take up to business days to receive my refund February 6, business days later I have not received my refund, any notification from this company nor have they offered anything to compensate for this inconvenience Do not use this company for your supplements There are plenty other websites to purchase the same items The small discounted prices they offer are not worth the hassle that comes with this business

I had purchased a product on 8/31/and was notified after payment had posted that it was on backorder As noted below, one option was to cancel the order, versus waiting for it to be in stock and ship I had replied with my intent to cancel the order and accept the refund After waiting for business days for the refund to post, I sent several e-mail inquiries to check on the refund status It has now been days since the order has been placed with no credit being posted back to my account The business has not attempted to reply to my inquiries or contact me by phone

This company is providing advertising They claim they will match any competitors price I placed an order on February The finally delivered a portion of my order two weeks later They did not deliver any items in which they were to beat the competitors price I've sent numerous emails to the company They claim my other products are on backorder These are widely available products, and you can go to their site and still order them They refer me to an number to contact, but every time you call there is over a minute wait

I ordered several products from this company on January 19th, for the total of $I received the standard confirmation email with the receipt and expected delivery dateIt stated "please allow 7-business days for product to be shippedYou then will be emailed a tracking number for your order." Over three weeks have gone by and no tracking numberI have tried getting ahold of customer service but the email and phone number their website provides are no goodI've looked up complaints and many of their customers have had the same issue
