I ordered a month agoI've been given the runaround the whole timeI've tried contacting via email today [email protected] and found out that the email has been disabledOn their website they having NOTHING to choose fromNOTHING for sale.After filing a dispute with my credit card holder, they have reimbursed me and should be going after the companyDO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE......EVER!!!!!
No matter what you do, do not associate yourself with this company anymoreI ordered from them years ago and my recent order that was placed in October kept getting delayedI sent out a cancellation over months ago and that was never processed eitherEventually the company quit replying to my emails (I've sent over 50) and the phone call just so conveniently for them were not going throughIt is obvious now that this company is running a scam as supported by the other reviews found on this siteDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! DISPUTE THE CHARGES WITH YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY IF YOU'VE ALREADY ORDERED BECAUSE THIS COMPANY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY ON THEIR OWN!!!
I placed an order on December 13th Two weeks later received an email that my order was on back order and would be notified when it became available, however they took my money out of my account right away Two more weeks and I still hear nothingAt this point I'm frustrated and call to cancel my orderI sat on hold for minutes and then someone picked up and hung up the phoneI sent another emailI was able to cancel my orderNow almost two months later I'm still waiting for my $to be refunded to my account and I can't seem to get in touch with a real personEvery time I call I sit on hold and when I send an email I get a generic response that they will look into it and get back to meI just want my money back
I ordered product from this business, was charged in full for the product and shipping and have not received the product, notification of shipping or anything related to my order
I have called many times only to be on hold in a queue and then when I get to the front I am pushed back againI have also emailed many times requesting information/status and have received no responses
It has been a week since I have placed this order and have received zero information from Supplement Warehouse - this has been an awful experience and I will never do business with them again
I placed an order at the end of December On January 3, the money was removed from my accountI have called several times at different numbers that is provided for the companyIf I call after 5:00pm I get a response all representing are busyIf I call earlier of the numbers calls through but then disconnects the other number never rings through

After weeks I have still not received my order nor have I been able to reach anyone at the business for any answers Ive tried emailing and calling with no luck They did charge the order to my credit card though

Supplement Warehouse is currently running a scam and stealing money from consumers
They offer all products but after an order is placed and the money is taken, you get an email saying it is back orderedThe product never comesThe few products that are in stock that I have ordered have been delivered only to see they are already expired and visually have gone very, very bad

We placed an order with Supplement Warehouse on February 4th, They took our money and "posted" the order on February 7th Today is February 20th, and there is no sign of our order We tried to call them, and their phone is "not accepting calls due to the high volume of calls" We emailed the help desk, and got an automated email back that resolves nothing What a scam! They have definitely lost our business
