I order a vitamin product from this company via telephone customer service #800-545- After waiting over the number of days the product was due to arrive, I called the online customer service number and got a voice mail that does not pick up I called the corporate office number 414-777-in Oak Creek, WI Again, received a voicemail message with no pick up I gave someone at their customer service number my credit card and now suspect fraud Please investigate this company I have reported them to the Revdex.com and also Consumer Affairs

Supplement Warehouse is a SCAM! They Used to be legit but over the last year there has been nothing but Problems with this businessI placed two different orders back on 12-18-& 12-21-and have Yet to receive themHowever the money was surely taken out of my bank account immediatelyI have reached out to them Everyday for the past weeks and have never reached a single representativeAll I get after waiting minutes on a call for a representative is a recording that states "Due to our high call volume we are unable to take your call at this time" and refers me to some online help desk that does Not exist Literally just sat on the phone for minutes and the call automatically placed me back in the main menu to where I had to call back, wait Another minutes just to get hung up onBEWARE! I placed an order nearly three weeks ago and was charged for itAfter not receiving any updates whatsoever, submitting an email inquiry, and making calls to customer service that were declined, I only had to wait on hold for almost an hour to be told that I wouldn't get my order until a month after I placed itThe representative also lied about an email being sent to me with this information
August 12th I ordered Noni bottles and my credit card was charged for all the day I ordered About a week later I received bottles and a notice that the other were back ordered They should not charge a credit card without even knowing if they can ship the product, card should be charged as items are shipped I sent an email requesting cancellation of the last bottles with the corresponding credit applied back to the card A few days later I received an email indicating the back order would be 1-weeks and let them know if I wanted the order 'cancelled' or 'wait' (which was told them in the first email) I then sent another email indicating I wanted credit for the bottles and cancel the order Today is one day short of weeks and I have received another email indicating the back order would be another 1-weeks and still have not received any credit for the remaining bottles that I have been trying to cancel I don't appreciate a company sending half an order and

Worst online company I have ever dealt with Calls themselves a warehouse, but every order I have placed has required a backorder for some reason Phone systems are terrible Can't get through to speak with anyone to discuss order status Not a single order has shipped in the business days they specify The e-mail help line is equally useless They say they will respond in hours, but if you get a response it is usually or days later Order at your own risk You won't know if you are going to your order or not until it just miraculously shows up at your door one day
I order items from Supplement Warehouse totaling $on August 7, via my Paypal VISA card which utilizes my funds in my bank account with Wells FargoI never received a confirmation regarding my purchase, but the funds were debited from my bank account I tried calling the company to no availI also tried to reach out to them via their online site, but still no answerI believe this to be a sham business which takes money from consumers, but doesn't deliver a product from said purchasesI wish to have my order items delivered immediately or refund my money ASAP!

My "order" was completely ignored and my many, many attempts to contact cust. Service we're also ignored. I requested a full refund for this order and was ignored. The "packages" they're describing didn't arrive until a month after my order date and they were rejected and sent back. STILL I have yet to receive my refund.
We have had direct email contact with this customer as well; here is a copy of information that was sent. At this time a full refund has been processed successfully, despite the earlier technical error: We have checked again into the payment history for your order, and issued the remaining balance for the refund of $84.95. I apologize for the error; your account showed a refund but it was only issued for $5.95 for the shipping charge. We apologize for any confusion in regards to this order, however, what was ordered by the customer was what was shipped. At the time we were running a promo to buy 2- 30 servings, get 1- 30 servings free for $59.98, but the customer did not order that. This customer ordered and paid for item ID:...
[redacted] which is 1- 60 servings container for $49.99. This customers order is originally dated 2/28/16; we have had correspondence with this customer since then via our Helpdesk email, and have attempted to explain the situation as we have here, however the customer remains confused by the ordering error. At the time, we would have possibly been able to do a return of the 1- 60 servings container of C4, and charge the remaining balance of $9.99, and then send 3- 30 servings of C4 instead, however it is well past that point at this time. This customer will not be sent any additional product, or given any type refund, as we know the order was correctly fulfilled.
