I placed my order 9-15-I checked out as a guest, then later went back and created a loginI never received my confirmation email that I had made the purchaseI checked my account on their site and it says I did not make the purchaseI checked my bank and the money has already been taken from my accountI also contacted customer service and stayed on hold for over minutes and never got connected to anyoneSeems the company is a fraud

fulfilled at this timeThe initial order was sent out on 4/12/and the back-ordered portion was cancelled, and credited for the amount of $posted on 4/22/There was a slight delay from the time of request to cancel on 4/13/16, and the time the order was cancelled on 4/19/16; this is due to having to locate the original invoice to process the cancellation and refund, the customer was notified of this process and we state that it can take 3-business daysMost orders do ship within the allotted business daysTypically when an order has not shipped on the 5th business day, we will email the customer communicating to them that the order has been delayed due to either a manufacture back-order, distributor back-order, overwhelming consumer response to a promotion, and sometimes even weather can cause delaysWe are taking actions to ensure that no order misses this 5th day email communication as we understand the key to the customers experience is communication; this customer was emailed in regards to a back-order on 4/12/16.We too are not satisfied with consumers being unable to get through due to the high call volume that we are experiencing at this timeWe have hired additional employees in our Customer Service department to help with our incoming calls and help desk emails in efforts to improve our communication to the customer and to be able to provide better serviceOne of our managers will be reaching out to this customer shortly to offer a personal apology, a coupon code and will be sending them a package of samples and freebies as a token of our apologyAgain, I offer my sincerest apologizes to this customer on behalf of SupplementWarehouse.comBest Regards, *** ***

I canceled an order in Dec of and contacted the company times and I haven't been reimbursedI have made numerous attempts to contact them and they fail to remedy the problemMy order number is

On 11/28/placed and order for products from supplement warehouse, after waiting for one week I called to see where my package was, I was informed it takes days for shippingdays past I try to get in contact with customer service multiple times (right around 10-times) and I keep getting a message that says they are too busy to answer their phonesTill this day 1/25/I still haven't received my package and still can't speak to anyone even though they already withdrew their money from my bank accountI am very unsatisfied with this customer service and I am more than sure it doesn't take nearly months to ship a package and just the fact they don't answer their phones is very infuriating

On August 16th, I placed an order for some supplements on Supplement warehouse in the amount of $I checked out as a guest, but provided them all of my informationThey took the money, but never sent me a confirmation email or a order numberA week and a half later, I received 1/of the things I ordered, but not the other halfThere was a email saying that the product was back ordered, and I could call and request a cancelation request, or a subsitiute itemI've tried calling and emailing them multiple times, to no availThey don't pick up the phone anytime I call, always a automated response that points you to a broken webpageEmailing doesn't help eitherThis has a scam written all over it

I placed an order with Supplement Warehouse on December 29, The website states to "Allow up to business days for your order to ship"Well today is Jan 20, I have used their help desk, messaged them through Facebook and Instagram and called numerous timesMy order status just says "printed"No answer but they were quick to take money out of my accountIf something is going on why not send a mass email out to those who have been waiting? Their customer service over the past year is now horrible I just want to know if they have the product I ordered on hand and if not when will they be receiving shipments

This company will deduct your payment immediately, and then fail to mention your items are on backorderI placed an order on Oct 11, 2016, and as of Nov 23, have only been repeatedly told "sorry, your items are on back order." If you don't have the items in stock, you shouldn't be able to take money from a customerI have only received any updates on my order when I reach out to them, they have never volunteered any information, aside from automatic email updatesI will never order from them again, and only hope to one day actually receive the items I bought from themI'll keep purchasing from their competitors (which is what I've done twice now for since placing my 10/11/order)It might be a few dollars more, but at least you actually receive your productI'll continue to be sure everyone I know steers clear of supplement warehouse.com

This business is truly an odyssey in the fact that they are still in business treating customers as they do I wish I had read the reviews before submitting my order I wouldn't have made such an itic mistakeFirst when you place your order they are going to wait two days to send you an email stating that since you are a first time customer that need to verify all of your information After that has been done then they take another 2-days to process the authorizationIt get's better When you call to verify the information you will be put on a call list with a recording telling you how many callers are in front of you No, I didn't say list as in you leave your number and they call you backNope you sit on the phone just like the insurance commercial and it randomly tells you how many callers are in front of you It is usually about a minute wait Then when you have to call back to see why your order hasn't shipped.......and you will, you will go through this procedure every time I has the recording telling me I was the 1st caller in line and it was still another minutes before someone came on the line, to tell me my order would ship withing the next 5-days We were currently on day So basically days to ship I cancelled my order and ordered with another supplement company whom shipped my order the same day and was at my door on the 3rd dayPlease do yourself a favor and keep shopping This company will soak up your time like a sponge If you are shopping for Christmas then by all means go ahead, you might get your order by then

I placed an order with this company on 7/8/(order #***) Part of my order was back-ordered and I was told it was expected in to weeks yet I still have not received itI have attempted to follow up on my order with the company via email on occasions and have not gotten a replyI have attempted to call the company on several occasions to request a refund for the remaining portion of my order and each time I get a message that the call volume is too high and I'll have to call back at a later time (this is the case no matter what time of day I call) I would just like a refund for the portion of the order that was never sent to me

I ordered five bottles of Now Curcubrain and there was no indication online that they did not have it in stock When it didn't arrive in nearly two weeks, I contacted the company and was only then told that they have not been getting shipments from Now, but were soon going to be getting my order in After demanding restitution for this, they did credit shipping and gave me a 5% credit, only for a FUTURE shipment Both became worthless, because the order still wasn't shipped several weeks later, so free shipping and a future credit from a company who can not ship an order for a month and a half is not worth the megabites it took to email me that offer On top of that, they charge your credit card and use your money the whole time...ridiculous After not receiving it for six weeks, I finally cancelled the order so that they would credit my card back for products they obviously can't ship or get They could care less that I was cancelling, and didn't even try to make any further exp
