I ordered a Diet Minder Diet and Fitness Journal from this company on Sept13th as they had good price My credit card was charged on Sept 14th I am still waiting for an e-mail saying it has been shipped, and it is Sept26th After days, I sent an email to their customer service asking when I could expect it to be shipped, and was informed it could take up to days for order to be processed After a week, I started sending e-mails to cancel the order as I had to go to a local bookstore and buy one as I need to keep track of what I eat I have sent emails so far to cancel the order and have had no response I just want to warn others as I learned the hard way that cheaper is not always better! BTW, the local one I bought ended up being about the same price as it had no shipping cost
I placed an order with this company on 7/8/(order #***) Part of my order was back-ordered and I was told it was expected in to weeks yet I still have not received itI have attempted to follow up on my order with the company via email on occasions and have not gotten a replyI have attempted to call the company on several occasions to request a refund for the remaining portion of my order and each time I get a message that the call volume is too high and I'll have to call back at a later time (this is the case no matter what time of day I call) I would just like a refund for the portion of the order that was never sent to me
I placed an online order with Supplement Warehouse and paid by Debit CardThey immediately deducted the amount from my accountThe products were to ship within - daysAfter a week went by without receiving my order, I tried repeatedly to call on Sept 9th for an updateWas put on hold for - minutes and finally reached an actual personThey said the order had been backordered and would ship the following Tuesday the 13thOn Sept 12th I received an email stating it was backordered and would ship out in to weeksSince Sept28, I have been trying again to contact someone thru email help line and their number for customer serviceI have called and emailed repeatedly numerous timesNo one has ever respondedToday I received another email stating the items were backordered and would ship in or weeksThis is unacceptable that they have already taken my money and not shipped the productMost reputable companies do not charge your account until they shipI don't know if this is a scam company or not, but action needs to be takenI have not responded to their email yet, but have tried the corporate number and their customer service number this morning and received the same message that "Due to high volume please call back later" This is very disturbing and I hope you receive feedback and forward that information on to me
This company is providing advertising They claim they will match any competitors price I placed an order on February The finally delivered a portion of my order two weeks later They did not deliver any items in which they were to beat the competitors price I've sent numerous emails to the company They claim my other products are on backorder These are widely available products, and you can go to their site and still order them They refer me to an number to contact, but every time you call there is over a minute wait

I've been ordering from Supplement Warehouse for over yearsWhen I first started ordering I had no problems what so everI'd place my order, receive my confirmation email that had shipping information that included how long it would takeThis last time, I placed my order just items I received an email that stated "best delivery method"After the 3rd day I decided to call the number which promptly told me they were having high call volumes and to call back later or contact them via there "help desk"I've contacted them every day for over days and still have not spoke to a single personI've emailed them times, and am yet to receive a responseI even decided to go there Facebook page and actually received a response within minutes! I placed my order with this company on Tuesday March 8, I called customer service days later as my money pulled immediatly out of my account but no movement on shipping, when I called I got an automated voice telling me lines are too busy and to email customer service, so I did I got another auto response from my email from another non-human reminding me of the days they give themselves to ship orders, it's in the policies so I waited untill day which is todayStill no shipment and still no response to my email so I called them again to once again get an automated voice telling me to email as they are too busy to take incoming calls, so again I emailed them nowI am very flustered that no one has attempted to contact me, or to adhere to there ow policies and procedures which states shipment within daysI have paid and I have now been patiently waiting for my purchased goods and it seems I am having to jump through hoops to get any answers so I have no other choice
This business does not respond to inquiries and does not ship in a timely manner I've disputed my order with my credit card company as they quickly charged my account but didn't ship product that they said was available
company has not delivered or mailed product which was ordered online on may 15thtoday's date June 2ndStarted a query to their help desk days ago, and they have now stopped respondingWait time on calling customer service was minutes, tried another day and customer service stating due to high call volume can accept customer service calls, reaching a rep at the corporate office, rep tried to transfer to a customer service rep only to be sent to a voice mailbox which asked for a voice mail box number, trying again the rep in the corporate office could only take into and said someone would call in a couple daysQueries back to the online "help desk" by email are going unanswered

I placed an order on September for a pack of Kill Cliff, advertised at $With shipping and tax it came to approximately $ I have received an email almost every week since then (today is Nov 17) that my order has been "updated to: Back Ordered" and that they expect it to be ready to ship in 1-weeks After waiting WEEKS and losing patience, I sent them a scathing email and await to hear from them After digging around and using simple investigative resources, I firmly believe that this company intentionally uses deceitful marketing tactics to lure customers into spending money with them by advertising brand name products at low prices, all the while never even intending to stock or ship that product unless threatened with legal action I believe they hope the customer will either forget about the order or substitute for an inferior product After researching the company, I realize they only offer bad business I have yet to read a single positive review that isn't an obvious plant Furthermore, they continue to offer the same product on their website with no indication that it is out of stock They only inform their customers a week after the order is placed that the "order has been updated to: Back Ordered" I look forward to them resolving this issue, but they have lost my business for good and I will warn everyone I can about their shady business tactics

I requested a cancellation of my online order after the company said items were back ordered (which I was told three weeks after my order had be submitted)
I was told that upon cancellation I would receive my refund in six business days I cancelled my order on January 10, It is now January 25, and I cannot get this business to respond to my repeated emails Phone calls are not possible as I am told each time I call that they are, "unable to take my call at this time." The line is then disconnected
It has now been business days from the time I cancelled my order, and I have not heard a word from this business No one responds to my email

The company has offered to refund my money as requested but they are trying to post the refund to a credit card that is no longer active (it was recently stolen and had to be cancelled)I have tried on several occasions to call the company to rectify this but again am unable to get through due to alleged "high call volume"I have also send emails regarding this to the company but again no one replies I do want the refund as requested but it needs to be sent to me in check form and I would like acknowledgement of this by the company before the complaint is closed.

On October I ordered some vitamins from this companyThey charged my credit card the full amount (over $114) immediatelySince I hadn't heard anything more about my order, on October I emailed the help desk and received no answerSo I telephoned and was told (through a badly corrupted connection, so it was hard to understand) that the order would be shipped in another business daysOn October I received an email saying my order was back ordered and offering me the opportunity to cancel, which I didOn the same day I received an acknowledgement of the cancellation with a notice that the refund would be credited to my credit card within business daysIt has now been more than two weeks and the credit card account has not been credited, another email to the help desk on November has not been answered, and the telephone help line is not accepting calls

I placed an order on Saturday, April 2nd I received no further word on if the order ever shipped I called into their help desk and no one answered I sent one email to the help desk that was never answered I then sent another email that was never answered
