I placed an order on December 30, 2016, that I never receivedAfter calling to follow up, I was notified that the product was on back orderThis occurred on January At that time, I requested the order be canceled and a refund issuedI have yet to receive confirmation of cancellation or a refund
I placed an order with this organization on 04/10/with the impression per shipping method, that my order would be shipped out in business daysI checked their website on 04/13/for the status of my order, and it states that my order was cancelledI did not cancel my orderMy money was also not refundedI called their Customer Service and got a voicemail on several occasions which told me to call back laterI sent an email as well on 04/14/and have not received a response yet, only automatedI can not speak with anyone about my order and I believe they are keeping my money
I placed an order on 9/06/2016, The amount was deducted from my bank accountI have not received anything yet, no order status, no product, nothingI tried to email them several times in the last two weeks and no one has responded, I have called many times, each time an automated message states due to call volume my call can be answered and to use the help deskThe help desk takes you to a dead link and does not workI have called every number I can find, no answer same message
Ordered products days ago Items have yet to be shipped I emailed their help desk asking what is wrong Helpdesk said all items are on backorder and if I want a refund or switch out an item I can call 800-545- When I call that number it tells me there is nobody available to help and to use the Helpdesk Corporate office has not answered my calls either order is #***
I placed orders 11/22/Then I received an email that the items I ordered were on back order and was given the option to cancel or continue to waitAt that time I opted to waitAnd I waited and waited and waitedWhen I finally got tired of waiting I tried calling customer service line several times and got a recording saying they were unavailable to take my call at this time and to call back or email the help deskThe next day I tried calling again only to receive the same recordingI then emailed the help desk to cancel the order and refund my moneyThey replied "Please allow up to business days for us to process your refund; depending upon your bank or credit card's policies, the refund may take an additional 3-business days to post." That was Jan25/ I still have not received any refund
I ordered from this company and after being charged for a product the product has not been delivered My main complaint is that there has been no communication with the company My phone calls go unanswered as well as my emails The company has taken my money, did not provide a product and refuses to communicate about the issue

I ordered items from Supplement Warehouse on 01/11/and my card was charged immediatelyAfter weeks I was curious where my items were so I calledThe message said that nobody was available because they were doing inventoryThe next day I called and again I was not able to get anyone to answer the phoneI thought I might have more luck emailing but it took days for them to respond and when they finally did respond they told me they would research and get back to meThat was business days ago
I ordered a protein powder from Supplement WarehouseThey immediately charged my credit card and confirmed the order weeks later I tried calling to get an update on delivery None of their numbers worked, including the commercial "stores" they had listed on their website I found out later that they were in bankruptcy They are still sending out e-mail soliciting orders and accepting orders on line

April 28, I ordered a face cream on their website price $, I placed the order on the 1st week of April I called on April 15, they said special orders not available in store are back oders .I received email April 22,that it was shippedIt is now April 29,I never received itI am now contacting my bank so they can despute with this company for my refundI am Not happy with this company at allI Will not purchase again ever from this company
