I purchased supplements from Supplementwarehouse.com on Jan 2, I got my email confirmation saying it would be shipped with in so many business days I never got an email saying it had shipped from the warehouse so I inquired the only way I could (phones not working when you call the #) I emailed customer service I got an email back stating that it would ship soon Then I got another email saying the product was on back order Needless to say by Jan I cancelled my order and requested a full refund of the $ I got an email saying I should see it back on my card within to business days I still have not seen my refund! No answers on the phone or by
I placed an order with Supplement Warehouse months ago The order had not arrived after a reasonable period, so I cancelled the order, & was told my money would be refunded to my credit card I contacted the company recently & told them I had not received the refund they replied that they would look into it & get back to me shortly nearly wks later, they haven't responded I just tried emailing & calling them at the number on your site The email address is no longer in service & neither is their phone number Have they gone out of business? Will I ever get a refund?

Please do not order from this company I placed an online order on December 14th and my credit card was charged at the same time I was told via email approximately December 23rd that the product was on back order They had no date when it would be in stock I subsequently cancelled my order and asked for a refund I received an email response saying they would process my refund but it would take a couple of weeks It has now been SIX WEEKS and I still have not received a refund despite sending the company several emails inquiring about the status They have had my money since 12/14/and I have NOTHING I will never do business with this company
After numerous failed attempts at contacting this company through phone and email I've reached my limitI never received my item and you absolutely CANNOT talk to anybody with this companyI don't know what's going on but it doesn't run like a professional business that's for sure

My experience with supplement warehouse,
As a veteran(Active Duty US Army Military Police years) and a law enforcement officer I know how public relations works This is the first time I have ordered from their site and quite possibly the last! I placed an order on August 28th my card was charged and I also received a confirmation number and no follow up after thatSo I call yesterday to check on the status and sat on hold for about minutes before being transferred to a customer service representative The customer service rep then placed me back on hold for another minutes only to inform me one product I ordered was out of stock Now I will be receiving one of the items I ordered and the other will ship when it's back in stock, I am not gonna hold my breath I have heard rave reviews from coworkers so I thought I'd check it out I am definitely dissatisfied, frustrated, and very disappointed I gave them my business Hopefully future customers will not be treated as poorly as I was through the process I was able to receive supplement orders faster when I was stationed in Iraq then I am getting in Illinois from one state over in WisconsinVery Respectfully

I placed a order with them Nov.27th I order supplemts Once month later after no contact or delivery I contacted them again and they responded They told me my order was on back order and would be in their warehouse and would ship in one to two weeks I waited and waited and nothing arrived I tried to email them several times the past two weeks and no responseI called the c

I ordered product on 1/17/and after a week I tried calling to see the status and the phone had a message saying they were closed for inventory so I emailed themI've emailed twice and now every time I call the phone just rings and rings then clicks offI have not gotten an answer on either email nor do I have a credit back to my account for $ I'm not sure what else I can do at this point

All the other negative reviews are true Don't do business with this company Had to go through my bank to get my money back since I charged my order No response from the company
I ordered Cellucor Cunder the promotion of "buy (2-serving containers) servings get servings free, and was only delivered servings I contacted the business several times regarding this issue with no rectification of the problem I was also guaranteed free items with the order and was told that they were no longer in stock
