I have been trying to get a hold of someone for the past monthI place an order for two things and have yet to receive itWhen I try and use the tracking number it states on UPS that it is not acceptableI have emailed 5x and called 7xI never get any helpI do however get surveys asking how I like the product and the delivery shipment timeWELL I couldn't tell you because I haven't received it or any helpI can't even get a hold of someone to cancel my order and get my $backYou've lost what would of been a loyal customerI buy supplements every Sunday from Vitamin Shop Way to go SWH

I ordered some products from this company on September 22ndMy money ($76.93) was removed from my account on the 23rdI received an email confirming my orderI never received an email with trackingSo I have spent the last days calling, emailing, leaving messages on all of their social media accounts, with absolutely no responsesI can not get any one to contact me at allAt this point I am going to my bank today to dispute the charges, and try to get my money backLooking at their social media accounts, it looks as if this is a wide spread issue with them

My experience with supplement warehouse,
As a veteran(Active Duty US Army Military Police years) and a law enforcement officer I know how public relations works This is the first time I have ordered from their site and quite possibly the last! I placed an order on August 28th my card was charged and I also received a confirmation number and no follow up after thatSo I call yesterday to check on the status and sat on hold for about minutes before being transferred to a customer service representative The customer service rep then placed me back on hold for another minutes only to inform me one product I ordered was out of stock Now I will be receiving one of the items I ordered and the other will ship when it's back in stock, I am not gonna hold my breath I have heard rave reviews from coworkers so I thought I'd check it out I am definitely dissatisfied, frustrated, and very disappointed I gave them my business Hopefully future customers will not be treated as poorly as I was through the process I was able to receive supplement orders faster when I was stationed in Iraq then I am getting in Illinois from one state over in WisconsinVery Respectfully

In December SW offer buy get 2nd item freeI ordered item, then SW informed me of product was on back orderThen a couple weeks later they informed me that the product was not available and I would be getting a refundI have not received my refund or productI have emailed SW several times but this issue has not been resolved

I ordered $worth of product and was told that most of it was on back order that was a month ago I have not received my items and I have tried several ways to make contact with the company via email and phone and phone seems to be disconnected and no one returns my emails

I placed an order online with Supplement Warehouse on Dec8, and the amount of the order $was charged to my credit card right away that same dayI received an email that my order would be back-ordered and that they expected the order to arrive at their facility in the next 1-weeks and that they would ship it out immediatelyThey asked for a response to this and I responded that I was willing to waitIt has been nearly weeks and I have heard nothing from Supplement WarehouseWhen I tried to phone them there is no answerWhen I email them I get no replyI would like to cancel the order and have my money refunded

I placed an online order for soyjoy bars on Dec17, I never received my order, and I waited weeks before contacting the company, because I thought that perhaps the mail was behind due to the holidaysI called their customer service telephone number multiple times and on multiple weekdays during business hours and was unable to reach someoneI contacted them through email and I got a response on Jan.13, 2017, stating that I would recieve a refund on my credit card, and that it may take to business daysNo apology, no explanation from the companyI thought that was strangeI

I have ordered from this company back in December of 2015, after days I still did not receive my order of plusFinally my order came Jan 16, I wanted to trust the company again and I ordered again on Feb 25, 2016, it is now March 22, and I still not have my orderI have place emails and have tried calling to no availI'm very frustrated with this companyI want my money back They also withdraw your money before the products even shi.p

I placed an online order on 03/27/ A couple of days later, I called the Customer Service line multiple times to try to find out why I had not received an email notification of shipping I could only get an automated message stating that they were experiencing high call volumes No matter what time of day that I called, I could never speak with a live person regardless of what phone option I selected
On 04/06/2016, I received an email from the help desk stating that my order was on back order That very same night, I replied to the email expressing my dissatisfaction with their company and requesting a refund ASAP! I received no email response or refund
On 04/25/2016, weeks later, I sent another email letting them know that if I did not receive an email confirmation of my refund within days, I would submit a complaint with the Revdex.com
As of today, 04/28/16, I still have not received an email response or refund I am unsure if this company

We apologize for the unsatisfactory experience of this customerThis customers order was delayed beyond our policy allowances and ultimately has been cancelled and a full refund has been issued (as of 11/4)We believe that this is unacceptable and we are taking actions to ensure this does not
