Items on my order were reported to be on back order
I canceled the order on 01/22/
I received an auto reply email advising me that my refund may take up to business days
I still have not received my refund
The phone number provided in the auto reply email is a non-working number
I ordered product and never recieved what I paid for and have been trying to reach out for a refund that I asked for when I realized that I was never going to recieve the productI have not been contacted and have read numerous complaints against this business

I ordered a Diet Minder Diet and Fitness Journal from this company on Sept13th as they had good price My credit card was charged on Sept 14th I am still waiting for an e-mail saying it has been shipped, and it is Sept26th After days, I sent an email to their customer service asking when I could expect it to be shipped, and was informed it could take up to days for order to be processed After a week, I started sending e-mails to cancel the order as I had to go to a local bookstore and buy one as I need to keep track of what I eat I have sent emails so far to cancel the order and have had no response I just want to warn others as I learned the hard way that cheaper is not always better! BTW, the local one I bought ended up being about the same price as it had no shipping cost

On 3/26, I placed an online order at SupplementWarehouse.com On 3/28, my credit card was charged $for the order A week later, I still did not receive any shipping information on my order (even though they advertise FAST shipping) so I read their policy online and saw they require up to business days to ship orders So I waitedOn 4/(now business days after I placed my order) I attempted to call the phone number to cancel my order and the recording stated they"had a high volume of calls and to try again later" I attempted to call for days and received that recording each time So I emailed the Help Desk and asked them to cancel my order and requested a refund, as I had already ordered AND RECEIVED the same products from a different online retailer They ignored my email and the next day I, conveniently, received an email that half of my order was shipping that day and that the rest was backordered I then emailed them numerous times that I wanted to cancel
upon reading all of the negative reviews I really wish I had just paid extra and ordered my product from Amazon instead, at least I know with them I'll have my order on time
