In December SW offer buy get 2nd item freeI ordered item, then SW informed me of product was on back orderThen a couple weeks later they informed me that the product was not available and I would be getting a refundI have not received my refund or productI have emailed SW several times but this issue has not been resolved

I placed orders 11/22/Then I received an email that the items I ordered were on back order and was given the option to cancel or continue to waitAt that time I opted to waitAnd I waited and waited and waitedWhen I finally got tired of waiting I tried calling customer service line several times and got a recording saying they were unavailable to take my call at this time and to call back or email the help deskThe next day I tried calling again only to receive the same recordingI then emailed the help desk to cancel the order and refund my moneyThey replied "Please allow up to business days for us to process your refund; depending upon your bank or credit card's policies, the refund may take an additional 3-business days to post." That was Jan25/ I still have not received any refund

I placed an order for Sovereign Silver Bio-Active Hydrosol 16oz on January 13, and have not received it yetI tried contacting customer service three times thru email and have received no response; I also called the customer service and can't get anyone on the line to talk to meI just want what I ordered

I ordered products from the company on the 12th of January and haven't received themI've called several times and emailed them as well with no response

I've been ordering from Supplement Warehouse for over yearsWhen I first started ordering I had no problems what so everI'd place my order, receive my confirmation email that had shipping information that included how long it would takeThis last time, I placed my order just items I received an email that stated "best delivery method"After the 3rd day I decided to call the number which promptly told me they were having high call volumes and to call back later or contact them via there "help desk"I've contacted them every day for over days and still have not spoke to a single personI've emailed them times, and am yet to receive a responseI even decided to go there Facebook page and actually received a response within minutes! They asked for my order number and never heard back from themThe lack of customer service and responses from this company is extraordinaryTo respond to people with a generic response is a joke and I would never recommend such a place to even my worst enemiesI hope to receive a refund but from the looks of it based off of past reviews it might not happenWish me luck

was cancelled today, the 6th business day. I placed an order at the end of December On January 3, the money was removed from my accountI have called several times at different numbers that is provided for the companyIf I call after 5:00pm I get a response all representing are busyIf I call earlier of the numbers calls through but then disconnects the other number never rings through

I placed on order online which I have been for years.I never received my order 12/so I went online Jan and canceled the order and received an email I will be issued a refund 3_business Days I that time I placed another order and they canceled it and I didn't receive a refund for it either

I placed an order with this company and after I waiting for weeks to receive it I tried to call them to find out where my order was Their phone system is a mess as I couldn't get through to the talk to anyone I ended up emailing a general email box and got a response saying that one of the items on my order was back ordered I asked them to ship what they had and to either refund me for the back order or ship it when it came in I never heard back from them, even after I sent yet another email asking for someone to respond I still don't have the product I ordered, or a response from the company

I have placed an order with this place on separate occasions and of them caused me to never order from this company again My final order was placed on 12/28/16, I checked the status of my order for weeks, status never changed I called on 1/11/after there was no response to email request for status update On 1/11/it took calls over the course of hours to reach a representative, phone line repeatedly state that they are too busy for your call The representative then told me that after weeks that they haven't even received the product from there vendor yet I requested cancellation and a refund, which I was told that would take up to business days, up to date I still do not have product nor merchandise My order before was similar but in that instance I requested order delivered but instead about a week later I received the product I should have made that my last order

I ordered from them in the past; and like so many other online stores, it would shipped within a few days, and I typically received my ordered item(s) within a week Based on these Revdex.com complaints, it looks like they are making progress to destroy their once stellar reputation
I ordered this time Mar 7th 2016; they charged my credit card the next day After weeks, I did not get any notification of my order being shippedI tried to call every day, and tried several different times a day with no luckThey answered my emails days later with generic "copy & paste", and never specifically answering my issue
Today (March 24th), I actually talked to someone (I was on hold for minutes)- They told me the main item is now out of stock - as of this week!!! They asked me to wait for back-ordered item I asked to cancel my order and issue me an immediate refund
I was & am completely irate & furious Their laziness is the reason I was inconvenienced!
