This is the second time I have purchsed a product from SW and it was late once againMy first order was on July and I did not receive the order until July I kept emailing and attempting to call to try to see where my product is of course no one answeredSo I ordered again, when honestly I shouldnt have since my last experience, I placed my order on September I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was placed on a Sunday that maybe Monday they would see my order and fill it by WednesdayI checked my account it wasn't even printedI check again Friday they FINALLY printed my order, then I check this past Monday and today Tuesday and nothingI tried to call again today I get a hold of someone in the store the guy was rude saying he doesnt deal with shipping and hung up on me I call back and I get placed on a minute hold, while on hold I emailed them but still did not get a response; after waiting minutes I finally gave upI just want my product shipped to me and I will never dealwith this company again
I ordered about $worth of goods online Mar 14, and received ack email same dayTwo days later (16th), nothing further heard I tried calling the help desk several times - always 'higher than anticipated call volumes'Went to online help desk, querried 'where is my order'Automated response says 'up to ten days to ship' - too long so I immediately return to help desk and select 'Cancel the Order'Auto response says - business HOURS for update to take effect and -business DAYS for changes to appear! I note that the money left my bank acct on 16thMar 18th I get email telling me my goods are on BACKORDER and would I like to substituteMy immediate response makes it clear to them that this order was cancelled on 16th and I am expecting my refund by 23rd Mar I get e-mail 'Confirming the Refund'I suppose now they expect me to wait 3-business DAYS before I get my money back! At least ten times since this started I have tried calling them and they ALWAYS have higher than expected call volume - I have NEVER succeeded is talking with a person! They do not have Paypal, and I think I can see why
An email was sent from our Customer Care Rep, on 9/9/to the customers provided email address; we will forward this message again, and urge the customer to check their spam/junk folder if it is not received in their inboxA care package was also sent earlier today, 9/12/16, along with a coupon codeAt this time, the customers account for their order is considered "Complete/Closed" within our system
I ordered product on 1/17/and after a week I tried calling to see the status and the phone had a message saying they were closed for inventory so I emailed themI've emailed twice and now every time I call the phone just rings and rings then clicks offI have not gotten an answer on either email nor do I have a credit back to my account for $ I'm not sure what else I can do at this point

I placed an order on September for a pack of Kill Cliff, advertised at $With shipping and tax it came to approximately $ I have received an email almost every week since then (today is Nov 17) that my order has been "updated to: Back Ordered" and that they expect it to be ready to ship in 1-weeks After waiting WEEKS and losing patience, I sent them a scathing email and await to hear from them After digging around and using simple investigative resources, I firmly believe that this company intentionally uses deceitful marketing tactics to lure customers into spending money with them by advertising brand name products at low prices, all the while never even intending to stock or ship that product unless threatened with legal action I believe they hope the customer will either forget about the order or substitute for an inferior product After researching the company, I realize they only offer bad business I have yet to read a single positive review that isn't an obvious plant Furthermore, they continue to offer the same product on their website with no indication that it is out of stock They only inform their customers a week after the order is placed that the "order has been updated to: Back Ordered" I look forward to them resolving this issue, but they have lost my business for good and I will warn everyone I can about their shady business tactics
