I placed an order and did not receive all of itI was told the rest would ship out within the next week and It has been weeks and I still have not received itI tried to contact this company via phone and email and did not receive a responseI have already been charged for the full order despite not receiving it

I have recently ordered a protein powder supplement for my sister as a Christmas present and in a matter of weeks, On December 15th, 2016, I've received an email that the product is back-ordered and should be in the warehouse in a matter of a few weeks, but near Christmas Day, I've yet received another email that the order is STILL back-ordered, and by the end of January 2017, I've received a legal notice stating that the online company is no longer operating I knew by that time, it is too late to get a refund from the credit card company, and I wasn't very happy I'm now in the process in filing a proof of claim and hoping to get my money back! I would give this company ZERO stars for fraudulent business conducted and for scamming Thank goodness they were out of business! AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!

A pill container was shipped within the care package that was sent; tracking shows this was successfully delivered on 11/10/At this time, this customers order is considered complete/closed within our system

I ordered a product they offered on there website several weeks agoThey made it look like they had it in stock by having other products labeled unavialable, but this one wasn'tAfeter I ordered it I was billed for it and the shipping costThen several days later they sent me a notice saying they didn't have it but they could send me something else instead or it will be available in weeksI sent them an email asking for a reply and received noneThen after two weeks I called to see what was going on and was told they dont even know when they are getting the product inI then told them I want my money back and the lady said I would get it and part of my shipping backI received a refund for the product but not the shippingI then went online to find out how much shipping should have costed for the other products ordered and could see I was considerably over chargedWhen I did call the lady acted as though it was my fault I assumed they had the product they sold when the did n

I purchased a couple products from supplement warehouse on January My card was immediately charged for the productsIt is now February 8th and I still haven't received what I was barged forTried calling the business using three different phone numbers listed for them and none of them are even in working orderI've sent emails asking where my order was and for a refund if it wasn't shipped to meI have gotten absolutely no response from the company

We apologize for the unsatisfactory experience of this customerThis customers orders were delayed beyond our policy allowances and ultimately have been cancelled and a full refund has been issued (as of 12/07)We believe that this is unacceptable and we are taking actions to ensure this does not

I ordered a product online from SW on 8/6/and elected not to register for an account upon checkout At checkout, the page stated that the order confirmation would be emailed to the e-address I submitted I never received that confirmation I emailed them the same day to find out the order number and to check the status of this order; it is now 8/10/and I have still never received that confirmation nor a response to my inquiry This morning I called their customer service number and was given an automated message that they were unable to answer my call and to direct my questions to their Help Desk online, after which they hung up I went to the Help Desk link on their website and the link is broken "Oops - 440, this page is not found" My checking account was charged for the amount of $for the item I was looking to order, but I want a full refund because of the lack of communication about my order and take my business elsewhere

I canceled an order in Dec of and contacted the company times and I haven't been reimbursedI have made numerous attempts to contact them and they fail to remedy the problemMy order number is

I ordered some items from this company and never received them, despite being chargedI tried to contact the company multiple times, and was put on hold for minutes and then was hung up onI called recently and the wait was over minutesThey keep emailing me every two weeks saying my order is back ordered for another two weeksThis company is either a scam or just a terrible company

Prior to my most recent order, which was made in October of 2016, I had no experience with supplementwarehouse.com My order was put on backorder, which was fine, but I chose to to be refunded on November I was assured I would be give a full refund It is December 30, and that has not yet happened They took my money and seem unwilling or unable to refund it with zero services or products provided

I was having some backorder issues, but the customer service rep who spoke to me was able to help me substitute for something comparable and ship it out the same day I calledThey even threw in some samples for the inconvenienceFor a small business, you can't beat their prices!

I ordered a protein powder from Supplement WarehouseThey immediately charged my credit card and confirmed the order weeks later I tried calling to get an update on delivery None of their numbers worked, including the commercial "stores" they had listed on their website I found out later that they were in bankruptcy They are still sending out e-mail soliciting orders and accepting orders on line

I ordered from SupplementWarehouse.com on the 16th of March in the amount a $ The 24th I reached out to see where my order was, I was given the normal, we are working on shipping your order and we will get back to you I waited past the weekend till the following Tuesday, 28th, asked again about my order status, where I was met with still more Silence on the actual status of the order, but the same song and dance was given to me, we will look into it yada yada; both of the responses came with out a signature, leaving me no way of holding anyone accountable for incompetence
The following day, still no actual reply form a person, I received a back order notification for half of my order, again, third time, reached out and reiterated my disdain for them and now I will never order from them againEach time email support I demanded my order be canceled or I will do a charge back and deny delivery of my packages, now plural since it was shipped half fulfilled

I have placed a order trough Supplement Warehouse on August (days ago) and still waiting to hear anything at allI have NOT received a confirmation email about my order not even able to see the status of the order on the websiteThe funds were withdrawn from my account the same day and I am not even sure if the order has been processI have attempt more than calls selecting different options and the message is the same on the automated phone is " due to unusual high call volume we are unable to take your call, sorry for the inconvenience try later"This is the worst customer service I have ever experience, I want to know what is going on and if this business is even real I want the products or my money back since it is above 100$ and I can purchase the product somewhere else
