Accepted payment for my order on Aug29, and it is now Octand still no delivery Have tried to contact by phone and email Have emailed me times in past month saying my order is back ordered and should arrive within to weeks and still nothing Just want what I paid for Several addresses and appear so not exactly sure which one is responsible for the delivery They are as follows: *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** * *** *** *** ** All I want is delivery of what I paid for over a month and a half ago!!!
I ordered $worth of supplements from this company on 01/15/ I received a confirmation email saying they received my order and my credit card was charged for the purchase No supplements were ever delivered, I tried calling on more than occasions, and always was referred to the website I called at all different times and was never able to get a live person to speak too I emailed the company at least times with no response Where is my order, if they can't fill it say so and refund my money There is no reason it should take weeks to ship this stuff from Wisconsin to Illinios And I'm furious at the no response at all after all the attempts to get a response So far this is theft, taking money and not providing a product is theft
Supplement Warehouse never delivered a product I ordered which they charged me for over one month ago
I ordered a holiday gift for my mother online from this companyThey immediately charged my credit card, yet, immediately had my item on back orderI was not able to log on to my account to continue to check on my item as "my password was incorrect." I tried to get another password but they never would send me an email (I checked my spam folder regularly too)I called several times only to be put on automated hold with a recording "you are caller number with a minutes wait..etc..." However, when I waited the 30+ minutes, I was at caller number with minute to go and never got my call answeredI tried to post an inquiry on the "help desk" but apparently the help desk form had an error as it would never go throughI finally recv'd another email (not to reset my password) but to inform me my item was still on back order another - weeksI believe they might be a SCAM or the business is a FRAUD onlineI contacted my credit card company immediately to dispute the chargeI want my order canceled (if there ever was one) and hope that something is done about this companyI have read several reviews (complaints) and they are all about the sameUnprofessional business practices and unethical
Purchase made on 11/11/was requested that the back ordered items be cancelled and a refund be issuedAs of today 02/13/you cannot get in contact with SW nor do they have a working phone numberI have not received a refund
I placed my order with this company on Tuesday March 8, I called customer service days later as my money pulled immediatly out of my account but no movement on shipping, when I called I got an automated voice telling me lines are too busy and to email customer service, so I did I got another auto response from my email from another non-human reminding me of the days they give themselves to ship orders, it's in the policies so I waited untill day which is todayStill no shipment and still no response to my email so I called them again to once again get an automated voice telling me to email as they are too busy to take incoming calls, so again I emailed them nowI am very flustered that no one has attempted to contact me, or to adhere to there ow policies and procedures which states shipment within daysI have paid and I have now been patiently waiting for my purchased goods and it seems I am having to jump through hoops to get any answers so I have no other choice
I placed an order and was charged $for products back on 4/20/The order was never sent, and no tracking info was ever provided on the websiteI have contacted the company times and am only told that they "will look into it." I never receive anything more specific than "the order may have been shipped."
I either want a vald tracking number, a replacement shipment with a valid tracking number, or a refund

I bought some items online November 25th One item I did not receive was told it was on back order, so I waited months, cancelled the back ordered item on January 27th 2017, and have not got my money back yet, I paid for this item months ago, never received it, finally I cancelled it for a refund, which I have not received
I've emailed them no response, and now the email address on their website is invalidSo, I tried to call them and the phone number on their website is invalid
I placed an order online November 15th I only received 1/of my order and was notified the rest was on back order January 19th I still had not received the rest of my order therefore requested a refund Upon my request I received an email stating it would take up to business days to receive my refund February 6, business days later I have not received my refund, any notification from this company nor have they offered anything to compensate for this inconvenience Do not use this company for your supplements There are plenty other websites to purchase the same items The small discounted prices they offer are not worth the hassle that comes with this business

I placed an order on Jan over the internet with this companyThat day my cc was charged $ I emailed them the week of Jan asking when my order will ship They responded business days from placing the order It never shipped I canceled the order via their website on Jan 20, asking for my money back and their policy states it takes business days to process a return - that would be Jan I emailed them on Jan 27th to follow up and be sure that I would received my refund I received a response that same day - Jan 27th stating they would look into it Today is Feb and I have emailed them two more times since then asking for my money back and I am getting zero response from them
I placed an order one month ago and Supplement Warehouse immediately collected my moneyI was then informed that two out of the three products I ordered were not in stockThe least costly of the two out of stock items was then refunded and the in-stock item was shipped and has been receivedI was informed that most costly item was on backorder but would be shipped in 1-weeksAfter weeks no update was receivedI attempted to reach the company via the phone number listed on the website but the call could not be completed due to the number being disconnectedI then submitted an online inquiry and did not hear anything for over a weekThe website now produces error messages when attempting to submit online inquiries
I ordered five bottles of Now Curcubrain and there was no indication online that they did not have it in stock When it didn't arrive in nearly two weeks, I contacted the company and was only then told that they have not been getting shipments from Now, but were soon going to be getting my order in After demanding restitution for this, they did credit shipping and gave me a 5% credit, only for a FUTURE shipment Both became worthless, because the order still wasn't shipped several weeks later, so free shipping and a future credit from a company who can not ship an order for a month and a half is not worth the megabites it took to email me that offer On top of that, they charge your credit card and use your money the whole time...ridiculous After not receiving it for six weeks, I finally cancelled the order so that they would credit my card back for products they obviously can't ship or get They could care less that I was cancelling, and didn't even try to make any further exp

I waited over a week to hear that my orders were on back orderWhen I sent an email response, I waited three business days to hear backWhen I sent another e-mail response, I waited another business days for their second replyI sent another reply days ago and have not heard back from Supplement Warehouse with answers to those questionsI tried calling the customer service number on the website to contact the corporate office and found that the estimated waiting time to speak with a representative was minutes
