This apartment complex has provided inadequate service from the management and maintenance sideAs a resident currently residing here, I have been living with cockroaches and mice for the past two months and they currently will no longer talk to me about my issueThey prefer that I talk to the regional manager that has never contacted me back about my issue

I am rejecting this response because: The original complaint I filed is still very much accurateI am very surprised that the business is now stating that I requested the nights at the time that I had really just requested one nightThis is new and the manager was very aware that I was not aware that my son/wife were even at the motel much less requesting that he charge the stays on my debit cardI called the one time and requested to pay for that night only and I was charged accordingly; $I do have the bank statement indicating this if neededIf I had approved more nights they would not have charged me for one night but instead would wait until the stay had endedAgain, I was told by the manager, after he informed me that my son/wife were still there, that *** came to the desk every morning requesting that the nights be charged to my debit cardShe did not have my card or number and the manager did not have the authority to charge my debit card without at least asking me if this was okayMy son/wife did not inform me of what they were doing and my family had just wired them $so that they could leave first thing the following morning to return to Virginia where they liveThe manager knew that I had no knowledge of this until I called inquiring about the charges on my bank statement as he was the one who informed me of thisHis reasons for charging my debit card at *** request was that "I talked them and I did not want to see them left in the cold" , which of course does not give him the authority to charge my debit card Unfortunately the business chooses to be dishonest and is not taking responsibility for any of their actions. I am an "almost licensed social worker" and although this cannot be considered in the case, I am held to the highest ethical standards than almost any other professionI would never set up a "conspiracy" of any sort to gain whatever the manage;r thinks I am seekingThat would be illegal Thank you again for your assistance in recovering my money.

I am rejecting this response because: they have all the information on their computer. They know the room was not booked and paid for until after midnight which would of been the early morning hours of the 14th. My daughter did not get checked into the room until around am of December 14th, 2017.

Today is Saturday April 14th ,and the time is 11:49am The leasing office is supposed to be open at 10am-5pm todayI work through there business hours during the week so the weekend is the only time I can handle issues nowNo one is at the office to help service meI drove by the office at 10am to see that it was closed so I decided to come back and now at 11:am there is still no one hereI’ve had this issue with them several times in the past and it needs to be stoppedPeople need to show up for work to help the residents on the days that they are supposed to and at the proper times

I am writing to complain about customer serviceI entered the apartment on the 29th of August at this time I'm still awaiting maintenance to come in to fix a few minor issuesWhen I moved in I found that the the counter tops were painted I'm already experiencing chipping from the countertopsI was also told that I could get cable I have spoke to *** on several different occasions as well as the front office I am not getting any cooperation with *** coming out and having to run the cables into the apartment I'm going on days without cable internet and or a telephone due to this issueThe apartment complex has made me responsible for notifying the above tenants that they will have to enter the apartment to run the cable wires*** themselves have tried to contact the apartment complex on several different occasions to set up a time and which they can enter these apartments they refuse to answer the telephone and or respond to their voicemail messages

While I understand that particular individual is a franchise owner, I believe if the Super Corporation truly cared about their reputation and complaints made by customers, especially when it involves theft and complete disrespect of those customers, the corporate office would take it upon themselves to refund me of the full amountAt the very least, they could and should take action against this franchise ownerBecause the franchise owner has not followed the corporation's instruction to resolve this issue, I cannot accept this response as a resolutionI have now filed a complaint against this individual and Super (Windham) with the Indiana Attorney GeneralIn the grand scheme of things, $is not a large amount for you to pay out to resolve a valid complaintHowever to me it has become a matter of principalI will not be accused of something I am not guilty of, I certainly will not allow your company to charge me for something I am not guilty of.

Hi Good afternoon*** was here and we did take a look at his car and tried to fix it and could not due to needing some parts*** was
advised we would order the parts to have it fixedDue to *** having them on back order it was going to take a little longer to have them brought in to us*** was advised on aug 27th as well as aug 31st the parts should be here this week or next week and we would gladly call him and have his problems fixed
As for *** paper work he was advised a few times that due to issues beyond our control his paper work was not sent to us and that it will be done no later on friday sept 1st or early the following weekWe had gladly gave him another temp permit so there was no incovenience in stopping *** from driving his carAll Issues will be cleared up no later Sept 6-In regards to his car being fixed providing the dealership has his partsHi paper work will be cleared up no later then Sept 6thHe legally has days to his car transfered in to his name
We did try to explain to *** about these issues and promised him we will gladly help him in any way we can to make this go as fast as we can

Do any of those the employees smoke? Were there ashes? Cigarette butts? This is unbelievable, you guys cannot let her keep doing this
