When a product becomes a health risk and is poorly manufactured it needs to be dealt with in the proper manner and ownership needs to be taken!First off they are assuming when the product was purchased, it was purchased from a *** in Second they are still not taking responsibility for a POORLY manufactured microwave oven that was most likely depositing small flakes of paint in my food before the warranty was even expiredTheir compensation is far less than adequateIt does not matter when the product was manufactured - it still is a highly questionable and improper foresight on GE's quality controlPlus when I questioned to the chemical composition of the paint - I was told it is proprietary.So now I have ingested paint (unbeknownst to me until I discovered the lower interior portion flaking) that could be a health risk or possibly associated to other conditions concerning health issues.To the person at GE who sent this message - I hope you can sleep at night knowing that your company puts out faulty product to the consumer who makes your paycheck happen.This is not acceptableA full refund is expectedI demand satisfaction

Thank-you for the opportunity to review this consumer’s situation GE spoke with the consumer on 9/1/15. A GE tech came out on 8/31/and informed the consumer that it looked like a faulty installation by *** ***. The consumer informed me that she would take the

I spoke with Mr*** *ast week regarding his Double oven. I listened to his complaint and offered to look into this further by getting the service manager involved. I have sent the service manager a message and
have a note to call the consumer back upon his requested return date

*** ** *** * *** Our refrigerator does not workIt is only years old and we already have had a GE technician come to "fix" it (and charge us for this repair!) It is still doing the same thing it did before he "fixed" itWater collects at the bottom of the fridge (under the meat/cheese drawer) and floods the fridge/starts pouring outThen the fridge temperature gets too warm so the freezer starts becoming too cold and the water turns into a sheet of iceThe items in the freezer get freezer burnThis is a health issue because I have a newborn baby and have been expressing breast milk to store in the freezer compartmentRecently, it has come to our attention that this issue (the temperature malfunctioning) has affected the quality of the breastmilk and it is no longer good to use.I would like to be refunded in full for the "service" that was performed by the GE technician a couple of months agoHe did not fix this issueApparently, there is a recall on this refrigerator and the part that will fix this problem isn't being made until This is a BAD product and I want a full refund for the "service"Then, I would like a replacement refrigerator - one that actually worksThis has been absolutely devastating to me as I have had to throw away ounces of expressed breast milk that no longer is safe to feed my baby- SEEKS REPLACEMENT

I have received the washer but reject the settlement based on the fact that GE left me without a washing machine for a month and only reimbursed me $for my laundromat expenses when I spent well over $and was totally inconvenienced for a month for a month old product that was obviously defective I also still have big boxes sitting at my house with parts to repair the old machine and they have made no arrangements to pick them up GE has provided extremely poor customer service in this situation and I will never buy another GE product again

I have talked to this consumer and explained that we will be happy to repair his hood under warranty once he has someone take it down so our tech can access the unit We also will reimburse that expense This was all explained to him by Consumer Relations prior to meRather than having
the unit repaired the consumer is demanding we send him $to just use the unit as is We did not agree to his request but did offer him $200. It does function He has rejected this offer

[after microwaves and over $total and each one fixed after a month then a year then the next year, fixed times total on both. They make crap for microwaves and need to change this and cover the new microwave for $800]
