Revdex.com:While I have accepted GE's payment
for the service call, I am not satisfied with the response for the amount they will charge people to repair their products Hoping there are some standards in that part of business as to not take advantage of customers with little to no understanding of their rights As well, I am hoping for better standard controls on the making of GE products as this is certainly a product made to intentionally fail and may possibly create a dangerous situation with water getting into a motor and possibly starting a fire Hoping someone will take a stand on this information

This is not a good offer. I appreciate the refund for the labor charged in the attempted repair, I don't understand why the rest of the service fee was not refunded since the technicians did not fix my problem after visits. In fact, the issues with the dishwasher have gotten worse since the original visit. The leaks are worse and the product is louder than it was before I ever called for service. The technician replaced inside panel of the door during the last visit. Now instead of one leak on the left side, I have a larger leak on the left and new leaks at the center and right sides of the dishwasher. The dishwasher was always very quiet--now it is about the same as the 1970s dishwasher that it replaced. To sell a product and not be able to repair it after a little more than a year of service is horrible. I expected so much more out of the top of the line GE products. year of good service from a $1,000+ dishwasher is horrible. I will never buy a GE product again

We have agreed to exchange this consumer's refrigerator and also reimburse for dorm refrigerator and some food loss

The consumer's refrigerator has been repaired. He lost $worth of food and we have agreed to reimburse that. In addition we offered $more to purchase a small unit to get him by until the unit was repaired. He declined that offer. He is asking for $in addition to
the $250. We have explained to him that we will not agree to that
