Thank you for the opportunity to review this consumer's situation. I have spoken with M** *** and apologized for the trouble she's had with her GE Dishwasher. After reviewing the notes, GE has declared this unit as being "non-repairable." She will get a new replacement unit
(which will come with a brand new warranty) in approximately 3-business daysThe old unit will be hauled away at the same time the new unit is delivered and installed.She has accepted this as a fair resolution to her complaint. manager asked the same techs for the comments who were guilty of not completing the jobs in a months time intervalThey are the same techs that I filed complaints against with GE consumer relationsThe comments were all made after I made the complaints to consumer relationsThe stories were made up that I spoke the comments directly to the techs which are completely falseBecause the techs were unable to repair appliances in months after I proved to consumer relations that the techs were closing out jobs without doing the required fixes GE replaced the broken appliances after plus nightmare months with no aplogys given.Thenafter a visit or out of the blue most likely after the manager got called on the carpet for not managing and allowing multiple techs for months mind you closining out repairs and leaving the job without testing to see if the appliabces were working correctlyFor 3plus monthsThis is % GE lack of management supervisionI informed customer relations at ever step of the way by calling and speaking to them of the problems an dysfunction of the techs.Never once did I speak in my home to any tech about how to do the job or the way the did their job.I know betterI called and documented with customer relations and sent pictures when they askedThe technicians were 100% out of my loop unless a GE person looped them in , and that I would not be aware ofI am the managers blocked customer for one reason and one reason onlyHe obviously can't deal with 100% truth.Block the customer, we all stick to the same story it all goes awayThey replaced the appliances because they took months and tech by tech by tech by tech by tech couldn't cut itHe has the outright gall to set me up and play inocentHe interviewed his men And fed them the answers.To save his butt and theirsNothing else makes any senseI never said a word to any of them but he's got conversations from all of themVery interesting.Did he ask the janitors what I did to Might as wellHis whole story is made upYour company lets the head managers men get away with what they did in my home and he sits their and nothing happens to him not his men and you guillotine the customerWell GE is operating in a realm of pure madness if this is what has become of itYou replace my appliances then sell me warranties then give me a few service calls then block meI guess I should have apologized for doing business with you as usual, I'm sorry, I thought you were still honest people, I was totally wrongThe few honest one left have no sayThe liars are in charge nowI apologize! .in the interim I am still waiting for service callsTo sum up this whole GE experience in my lifetime I have never dealt with a service company that would cover for dishonest managers and employees and rather than discipline them for what was done they allow the group to run rampant over the customer carte Blanche because they have that authority just because no one can hold them responsible for their incompetence and lack of supervision even though that is their titleYrs service does not make one a quality employeeWork ethic doesThe GE techs in the past had itThe ones in my case were sorely lackin which doesn't surprise me by the leadership of the manager who sees nothing and does nothing but covers his you know ___\! manual states that labor and related service to replace the defective part are not includedThe charges are valid charges and therefore GE will not be issuing any reimbursement for the repair on April 8, Please contact me if there are any other questions or if I may be of further assistance.Sincerely,*** ***

and both have documented that they found the washer to be
operating as designed

the product back and issue her a store credit for a $return feeGE has
offered a reimbursement for the $once she sends us a copy of the receipt in

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.GE continues to be disingenuous with its response. The refrigerator was purchased in 2005. The invertor broke in 2010, and I paid the cost of materials and install to fix. In the invertor broke again. I paid just the cost of install, as the part was covered under warranty. In the invertor broke for a third time. GE refused to standby by the 5-year warranty for the part. The bottom line is that there is an obvious defect with their invertor, which they refuse to acknowledge or standby. My position is fairly simple and straightforward. GE has no valid response for not standing by their defective product.My complaint will stand. No need to continue wasting my time and Ms***'s time.Thanks

technician did report that there was a container blocking a vent and
contributing to the intermittent freezing of food
