I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Once again I feel GE is being very misleading I never said I was happy with this offer but did say I would consider looking into it Problem is that the model offered to us does not come in black but stainless only My appliance is black and stainless will not match in our kitchen Even if GE does find a comparible refrigerator in black, that still doesn't make us happy to have to pay $3,for something that their repairman caused to occur What about the day warranty for the 3rd service call where the repairman readjusted the drain trough/funnel; thus causing our appliance to leak from top inside I'm prepared to call every local tv station trouble shooter to make people aware of the unethical business practices of GE Who wants to purchase American made products, to have them serviced by GE furthermore, and then to be brushed off by saying the appliance is no longer repairable GE should be ashamed of this type of business ethics and should replace our appliance at no cost to us for all the hassle, annoyance and issue of having to deal with a refrigerater that drips like a leaky faucet We will be satisfied to have appliance replaced at no cost to us or GE can send us a refund for $5,(which was the first price I was offered to pay for a replacement refrigerator) Our next step, see you in court Seriously We are extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with this situation

I have spoken with Mr*** and apologized for the trouble he's had with the GE oven
Due to the fact that this same issue has occurred twice before, we have agreed to honor the parts and labor at no charge
He is responsible for the home call/trip charge only.
He has accepted this as a fair resolution to his complaint.

has also offered to waive 25% of the labor charges to install the part by a GE Factory Service technician but advised her that she would be responsible for the home/trip diagnosis fee and 75% of the labor chargesMs*** did not accept the offer and disconnected the line. Thank you for the opportunity to re-review this consumer’s situation Please be advised that Ms*** and I have been communicating via email regarding her concerns with her GE refrigeratorGE has advised her that she has a one-year manufacturers functional repair warranty, still awaiting a copy of her purchase receipt, and scheduling a service technician out to look at the unit is how GE will proceed if the unit needs a repair As I have told her, if she would like to schedule service to take a look at the unit I am happy to assist with scheduling and she is welcome to give me a call at *** (8-5:EST) Sincerely, ***
The damage to this microwave was caused by improper use. We have offered to discount the consumer into a new unit and are waiting for the consumer to make a decision

I would like to reject this resolutionsWe haven't reached one*** called me and advised the project manager was out of town and she was unable to contact him She said she didn't want to deal with the microwave at this time; however, she could cover the cost of parts only and that we would pay for laborI advised her my last estimate for labor was around $I thought but that I didn't have the quote on me She said she couldn't be sure he could do it for that and she doesn't know what he quotedThey she said maybe we should get a new quoteShe indicated she would call the repair tech and ask him what he quoted and call me back I asked what if we pay for this and it doesn't solve the problemShe said they could cover parts still not letting me know what if it doesn't correct the problemShe hasn't called backWhen I got home, I looked at the estimate and he was going to charge $for labor. ***

The damage to the oven liner was caused by the consumer using aluminum foil improperly in oven. We have offered a generous discount on a new unit and are just waiting for the consumer to make a decision
Issue was discussed with local ***r (*** ***) and they are sending a technician to replace the evaporator fan todayIt will be a free of charge call for the consumer
