[General Electric said they would give me my money back on the defective washing machine, but would not reimburse me for the damaged clothing (almost $425) in addition to the out of pocket cost in inferred due to having to do my laundry at the laundrymat during the past month and a half (almost $so far).
I do not think this is fair, and I have retained a lawyer to sue GE. I want to be reimbursed in FULL for all the damages the defective washing machine has cost me

[As a renter I lost all of my food,
had no refrigerator for these extremely hot months with a disabled ***, five home visit and at no time did they correct the problemI'm very disgusted and disappointed with the service they didn't provideThem reimbursing my landlord has nothing to do with me and my lost!!!

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.There are obviously issues with my dryer that no tech will address We both came to the same conclusion that if they cannot SEE anything broken then it works ok Even though you cannot wash a small load without the EXTREME noise I made him aware that other front load washers by LG and Samsung do not do this I was offered a microwave now for $ If I have to shell out ANY cash its going to be for something other than GE I can honestly say after all of this I will never have another GE product in my house GE is giving American products a BAD name You are lining your executives pockets by skimping and cutting corners Now I have to decide what to do with mt GE Water Softener, GE profile Fridge, GE Fridge, GE Washer, GE range, GE Microwave (broken), GE washer, GE Dryer, and even the GE Bulbs.
