*** ***I think I was entitled to some sort of compensation It was not an old refrigerator with the same repair twice within one year I lost food, my husband's medicine, and money having to eat out frequently I couldn't wait any longer for a new refrigerator

Thank you for the opportunity to review this consumer’s situationOur GE Factory Service technician diagnosed the consumer’s refrigerator on 5/6/and determined the ice and water valve was clogged and needed a power control board for the dispenser. The tech returned on 5/13/to
complete the repair. GE has also sent the consumer a Letter of Commitment stating if the same problem should reoccur between 5/16/and 8/16/GE will exchange the refrigerator with a comparable model at no cost to the consumer. Thank you for the opportunity to review this consumer’s situationI spoke with *** today and offered to send a GE Factory Service technician out to look at her dishwasher. She declined stating that she doesn’t feel a tech will find anything wrong with her dishwasher. I explained
that this was my only and final offer on her in warranty product. The consumer refuses to have GE service out. I am closing the case *** ***

This consumer has not responded to my voice mail from 10/17
