Thank you for the opportunity to review this consumer's situation. I have spoken with Ms*** and apologized for the trouble she's had with her washer delivery. I've been informed that the unit was delivered on 11/at 10:20am. As a gesture of good will, I've extended the

GE has not offered any resolution. They have stated that the popping noise is the oven operating as normal. I have never in my entire life used an oven that popped like this one and feel there is a definite defect. You can not simply state that loud noises are acceptable instead of engineering an oven to get hot and not pop. One GE repair techinician stated that this is not and that GE should replace the oven. The popping repeats several times during a minute bake cycle and is quite loud and annoying.The oven is under warranty and needs replaced. ignoring the problem does not make it go away.

Thank you for the opportunity to review this consumer's situationMr*** has informed me that the unit was repaired on 7/6/If he would still like to choose a different model, I have provided a substantial discount for a prorated exchange (where the current one would have to be removed by our delivery team at the same time a new one is brought in and installed) OR a month warranty extension on this particular failure. Thank you for the opportunity to review this consumer’s situation I spoke with *** today 10/31/17. I explained that his 9-year-old refrigerator model was not produced during the recall letter timeframe. His unit is not a part of the recall and GE is unable to reverse the

have to wait for the reimbursement for the repair? If you
choose to use a local repair company to repair your washer once the repair has
been completed you will fax a copy of the receipt directly to me at
*** *** *** and I will process the reimbursement check and you
would receive it within business days.Does it void the
remainder of the warranty and how will you adjust the remaining warranty to
reflect the time I was without a washer? Due to
the circumstances it would not void the warranty however you would need to
contact GE directly *** should you need service at another time
during your one-year repair warranty to make sure we still do not have an
authorized servicer in your areaAs for your one-year repair warranty GE’s
records indicate your warranty would end on March 5, 2016.If I send the serial
sticker, cord and receipt how long do I have to wait for the money and when
will you pick up said washer? If you choose the
buyback option once I receive the serial sticker (removed from the washer), the
cord (plug only), and a copy of the purchase receipt I would then process a
buyback check for the purchase amount and you would receive the check within
business daysWith this option GE will not be picking the unit up and you will
