We have offered to buyback this consumer's washer. Just waiting for her to supply the invoice

advised that the issue is not a safety concern and that the unit is repairableAs a gesture of goodwill GE has offered her an aged based prorate into a comparable model however, Ms*** has declined the offer. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Our fridge was, in fact, fixed today however, my husband had to miss another four hours of work in order for that to happenI have not gotten any call from GE in response to the formal complaint that I filed with themI did get a call from someone today, they did not even leave their name or contact information stating that they had received the Revdex.com complaintI have received zero explanation as to why we have been through what we have been throughAnd feel that I have received zero explanation as to why we have been through what we have been through with them They had zero explanation as to why they were a no calls no show twiceI feel that this call was a token to get me off of their backI did not get any assurance that changes would happen so that no other customer would be going through thisThey did not tell me that the technician that stood us up twice would bewould be investigatedIn fact, after thin*** on this today, I feel that GE just wants all of this to go awayAnd I strongly feel that they need to be held accountableIt is not OK to treat customers like thisThey're short answer to you was simply that the fridge had been fixedThey did not tell you that it was, once again, us that was compromisingShame on them To make matters worse, the technician that came out this morning completely disagreed with the it that was out the first several times and felt that the mother board needed to be switchedHe did change the motherboardSo I have zero confidence that this will fix the problem eitherEverybody seems to give us a different answer and a different opinion I am absolutely not an acceptance of their response
