The price for the parts that GE offered is too high while there is no guarantee these parts wont break againFor the 1,I paid for this unit, the least GE could do is offer replacements at no chargeThey did not even ask for the pictures to see what the issue is so that it can be correctedI am disappointed at the outcome and may be reaching out to the office of the CEO of the companyAlso, I will make sure to offer my feedback on their facebook page

Thank you for the opportunity to review this consumer’s situation I left a voicemail for Matthew today 3/15/18. After reaching out to our laundry team I was advised that the washer is the only portion that can be connected to WIFI since it is electronically controlled. The dryer
portion is timer-driven (not fully electronic), and does not have a port connect. The unit is working as designed Please contact me if there are any other questions or if I may be of further assistance *** ***

I spoke with Ms*** *** on Monday Morning 8/28/She suggested that GE was not to blame, but that I should reach out to *** ***'s *** Delivery Department*** seemed to pass blame for the delivery issues to *** ***This is unfortunate and adds additional confusion as to why I had to be subjected to such inconvenience, as logical or sufficient explanation was offeredI did receive my appliances unexpectedly on the 23rd, after being told via conversation with GE *** delivery, the evening before, that the shipment would arrive 8/29/and not 8/23/This adds to yet another point of confusion on date We received a call only minutes before delivery on 8/I have submitted the serial numbers for all appliances and am still awaiting the "acceptance" and processing of this rebate*** offered nothing to compensate for time lost and impacts to our renovation schedule and we have not received our rebate

Thank-you for the opportunity to review this consumer’s situation GE offered to discount the consumer 30% into a new comparable model to replace their nearly year old refrigerator as well as deduct $for a service call charge earlier in the year. The consumer is unable to
afford the replacement at this time. GE has sent the consumer a Letter of Commitment extending the offer through 6/29/if they should change their mind. Please contact me if there are any other questions or if I may be of further assistance

I am not satisfied, as I have had multiple problems with this unit including FIRE*** has the lemon law and after multiple technician services they could not find any problems but stated it could be a manufacturer defectThey kept sending out people who said nothing was wrong yet the unit still is tearing up clothing, I purchase the extended warranty and was given the run around after each complaint and now I have to replace it at my cost, even though the first few issues were under warranty and I was still told it would not be replacedBad customer service, next step is to post on my blog and through social media

The Dealer, meaning *** ***, has agreed to exchange the unit, Yet GE will not respond to me to set up a time to bring me the new one that I will be exchanging with **GE customer Service *** has failed to return my call within hoursUntil this unit is replaced and working properly, I will not except this kind of response from GE
