[redacted] This complaint has not been resolvedGE has refused to refund my money for the defective washing machine I have done some research, and I am aware that GE had recalled similar machines for the same issues I have contacted a lawyer, and I intend to take legal action against GEI have also found other people on line who have been experiencing the same issuesThe lawyer is looking into a class action law suit against GE I would appreciate if the Revdex.com would not list this complaint as resolved, as it is very far from being settled

Please be advised that a GE Factory Service technician was out to service Mr. [redacted] ’s washer on April 30, 2016 and found no fault with the unit. The unit is out of the one-year manufacturer’s warranty. As a gesture of goodwill GE has offered Mr. [redacted] a buyback in which he has not accepted and the offer is due to expire today, May 16, 2016.
