According to our records you have authorized an electronic bill through a 3rd party vendor and we are not able to stop that request you have to have your bank or payee remove the electronic bill request
You may need to look at your bank’s or payees terms and conditions regarding this issue

You have been lying and makin things up and I want to have copy of the conversation we had on 1/30/where I told you I will think about itIt's simply not trueThe policy that you will not prorate the service for the last bill is very new to meSince when do you start charging people for not using your serviceIf I get 1/month of service shouldn't I pay for 1/2??? I guess not with Cincinnati Bell!!! You will raise the price with out warning and then charge a full month even if it was for one day!!!! Nice to find this things out after getting in to last month. Attached is a copy of a returned equipment per 2/2/16!!
