The charge of $was for service that was provided to the customer from 1-19-thru the billing date of 3-31-Service was disconnected on 3-16-but we do not prorate the charges so the customer pays for the full month of service
According to our records the customer called in on
3-3-because the modem would not train up so a tech went out on 3-9-and repaired the service and again on 3-15-customer called said service not working did not wish to troubleshoot asked to have service cancelled
These are valid charges and if this is not paid it will go to the outside collection agency

I apologize about the service issues you have been experiencingPer our conversation on the phone yesterday
when I received your complaint you already had a repair visit scheduled for Saturday 9/3/
Engineering tested your line before that appointment and found some errors so your appointment was pinned to a top tier technician and he was made aware you were having issues in the evenings
When we spoke yesterday you verified while service is working better and not completely dropping you are still having issues with the service freezing up around the same time of eveningI relayed this information to the technician’s team lead and he communicated he was in the process of contacting Duke Energy regarding your situation because of some non-standard work at the pole with a street light that could be causing an inductance issue for youI left a voicemail on your home phone with this same information this morning
I will follow up with you as soon as I receive an update from his communications with Duke and I will make sure you receive any billing adjustments applicable for your time without service
Cincinnati Bell truly appreciates your patience in letting us resolve this matter

I am still requesting the Revdex.com investigate Cincinnati Bell billing practices and see if there are any other complaints re: billingI am asking to have this removed from my credit as well, so is that not an option? Again when I never got a chance to payI am not stating I wont pay what is owed, I just want to make sure this is validAlso aren't there a statue of limitations with reporting things to collections?? This account was closed in 2012, but reported to my credit in Things just don't add upThis has been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with Cincinnati Bell!!!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint I have reached back out to *** with the information provided from Cincinnati Bell's responseI was told by the *** rep that they no longer partner with Cincinnati Bell and am therefore no longer eligible for the promised creditIt was also mentioned that I am not bundled, which I do not understand since all services were setup in unisonI will be submitting a subsequent Revdex.com complaint against ***, but will not accept this reply until the promised credits are received by either *** or Cincinnati BellAt this point, both companies are pointing fingers at each other and neither is presenting a viable solution (providing credits)

You may have been charging me for something I never received from Cincinnati Bell, I had a router taken from my house that I paid for by your representative that did not belong to Cincinnati BellAll I am asking for is the return of my router that was taken If my router can not be returned I will take the $that it cost me to purchase.
