Dear [redacted],
We have received and reviewed your concerns with your Cincinnati Bell Fioptics TV charges. You will receive one more bill for your Fioptics due to your new billing cycle starting after your services were...
disconnected. Cincinnati Bell will not be able to pro-rate your charges; please see our terms and conditions which advise: Cancellation Billing Policy: The monthly charge for service will not be prorated for the final partial month of service. The full monthly service fees will apply, even if your service is active for only a partial month. You will receive your final bill for Fioptics on your Nov 26th statement.
We are showing the last repair issue was 10/31/13; no other issues have been reported. Also your promotions ended; which is why the bill increased. Cincinnati Bell promotions are for one year.
It is never Cincinnati Bell’s intention to upset or frustrate our customers. On behalf of Cincinnati Bell, I apologize if you feel we have done so in this matter.
Thank you,

Your current contracted services are billing at $219.96 for your phone lines, internet and TV. We are willing to only charge early termination fees on your phone lines that total $99.98 and waive the early termination fees on internet and TV $119.98. That is more than a 50% savings...
for the early termination fees. Please provide the requested date you want services disconnected along with your full account number. At that time we can place the order to disconnect your service at your request.
Per my conversation today with the customer: The service is in and working and our repair department will be issuing a repair credit for the time that the service was out due to the outage.
Thanks,
Executive Care Representative

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did talk to the technician from Cincinnati Bell on 2/5/2016, he did try to contact me a couple times before I was able to answer. The technician did get me up to 16mbps as I pointed out in the comments before this one.I ran a speedtest yesterday (2/9/2016) at around 8 pm, there was a screenshot attached to the last response. The highest speed I could get up to was around 5 mbps

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. Please share the info below with Cincinnati bell.I have had the $10 referral since my account was opened from another referral. The new referral is in addition to what my account is already discounted. Don't start a referral program if you don't wnst to pay out. I'd you don't make this right. You will lose my business and my moms business. The decision is yours. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Cincinnati Bell response was that issues had been addressed. This is untrue. Please read complaint and response.
Drew A. contacted me after 5 months of unreturned attempts by me to reach him. He told me there is nothing he could do but would talk to a friend in billing department and have them call me. This was about 10 days ago, and again, no further response from company. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
