Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint We've already contacted several times over the past year, and still weren't successful in over a year to actually set this up with CINCY bell actually following through and showing up for their appointment and doing the workGiven its been two months and nobody from CINCY bell customer service cared enough about our issue to contact us to try to schedule and take care of this to avoid us once again taking off of work to once again sit home and wait for CINCY bell to not show up :( After two months and still no attempts made from CINCY bell to resolve this issue, we feel its most likely not ever going to be resolved :( (and we refer to somebody that can speak and understand English well enough to schedule properly as a woman that we once contacted there admitted reading our filed CINCY paperwork was a total confusing mess and she promised to look into it and figure out what was going on, but we never heard from her again :( FYI, this is why our entire family and everyone we talk to about CINCY bell has discontinued their cell phone service with them and many their home phones as wellThey don't care about the customer :( Regards, [redacted]

August 31, [redacted] RE: Police Report # [redacted] Cincinnati Bell is responding to the Revdex.com complaint Cincinnati Bell has investigated this incident and we decline to compensate [redacted] in his request Within our investigation, we did find a Police Report was filed ( [redacted] ) in which [redacted] claimed Cincinnati Bell was blocking his driveway and prevented him from accessing his propertyThis is not trueOn Saturday, August 27th, two technicians from Cincinnati Bell (CBT) were working on [redacted] replacing bad aerial wireAt the time [redacted] pulled up there was a wire crossing his drivewayThe CBT technicians asked [redacted] if he would like them to move the wire so he could enter his drive [redacted] declined stating he would rather call the police and film the crewIn which he didThe [redacted] Sheriff’s Deptarrived and they were familiar with [redacted] They found no wrong doing on CBT’s part and no threatening words were spoken by either partyCBT accommodated [redacted] and he refused to take advantage of the offer Again, the Police Report finds no wrong doing on CBT’s part and with this resolve, Cincinnati Bell will not compensate [redacted] for his request and considers this issue CLOSED Tina Executive Care Agent Cincinnati Bell Telephone

It was just by luck my son was here and did not have to be at work till noonThe technician never set back up our secure lineHad my son do it which took him an hour and a half and I told the tech this needed to be done before I walked out the door to go to workCommunication needs to improve!!!
