I am rejecting this response because:I did not enter the number into any box to place a bidThat number was automatically filled by the business when I changed my selection of hotel typesThe design of the web site changed since I last used it, such that bids are now sometimes automatically filled by PricelineNo notification of this design change was provided to meI was not aware of the change until I had placed a bid and had an amount automatically filled in by the business.My attempted bid was The bid filled in by the site was I would not have bid for the room because:The amount of $was well outside my budgetThe room was available as an express deal for $and as a straight purchase for $71, so it would have been unreasonable to place a bid of $73. I am rejecting this response because:First I agree that I made request however the 4th offer at $I did not accept, nor did I goto any confirmation page of any kind When I was on the website on the bid for $I chose as I mentioned to not proceed and closed my browserWhatever happened after that was beyond me and I am not understanding how and why they charged me after the fact and with immediate attention to the matter to try and remedy the situation when I called upon finding outthat priceline charged my account knowing I did not proceedIt seems unfair that I am asking well in advance and without my consent that they are still amendment in charging me.

request for a full
refund of your airline tickets and that you do not want to
pay any fees to rebook
Our team has made a thorough research about your issue
and determined that you were advised accordingly prior to flight departure that
the tickets were non-refundableIn addition, you were also advised that the
only option was placing the tickets on-hold and pay a $per ticket
rebooking fee, $per ticket priceline service fee, and any possible fare
difference
Even when you did not opt to place the tickets on hold
prior to flight departure and at which point the airlines has tagged you as
no-show forfeiting your tickets, our *** Travel Services team reached out to
the airlines to request for an exception to re-open the tickets to allow
rebookingFortunately, *** ***a agreed to let you use the value of the
tickets for future use; however, they reiterated that the same rebooking fees
shall apply, which are a $per ticket rebooking fee, $per ticket
priceline service fee, and any possible fare differenceAs an exception, we
will waive our $per ticket priceline service fee, so you will only be
responsible to pay the $per ticket rebooking fee and any possible fare
difference
A refund for the rental car portion of your reservation
was issued today, August 26, We have waived the $cancellation fee
and processed a full refund of your rental car reservation for $This
