I am rejecting this response because:I am very aware of the cancellation policyI DID NOT CANCELThe business appeared to be closed by all accounts - With a sign that read the building was for leaseI left because I thought the establishment was closedI was inconvenienced by having to find another hotel to stay at AND now being charged for a room I did not stay in. It is absolutely unacceptable to mislead customers into paying for a room and then arriving to a dark parking lot with a vacant buildingI have a picture of the front of the building behind the hotel sign that shows a dark and empty establishmentThe area was not lit and there were no signs indicating any other office area where I was to check inI want a full refund and will not be satisfied until I receive itThis is absolutely ridiculousAttached is a copy of the photo I took of the hotel entrance/building from across the street at the Shell gas station - where I had to call my husband so he could look at places to book me another hotel(THROUGH PRICELINE I MIGHT ADD, BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY WERE A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY - this is proving me wrong)Also is attached it the email I recieved with my confirmation of hotel ***This *** confirmation I received DOES NOT include either the hotel phone number OR the priceline customer service number, nor the *** number for the tripUnable to contact anyone, what was I supposed to do? I am rejecting this response because Priceline was aware that *** ***e requires minutes chebefore boarding and the time until my connecting flight was hour and minutesIt is impossible for me to claim my luggage and cheagain in such timeThey sent me the policies of *** *** after I contacted youThey should have sent me the information before buying the ticket and let me take the decisionI have been traveling to my destination for yearsI never had such a horrible experience with such misleading informationI discussed the issue with themSince I requested them to change my flight and they refused to do it, I ended up missing my connecting flight, forcing myself to need to hassle with both *** *** and Lufthansa to receive a new ticketMy connecting flight turned into two new connecting flights and extended my journey by 9hours
