I am rejecting this response because:If you read what you attached it includes a section on the cancellation policy. The cancellation policy includes a date by which the cancellation request must be received. Someone seeing this would assume that it is possible to cancel the reservation but there isn't any way to cancel because the date listed is prior to the actual booking date. This is deceptive and most would say FRAUDULENT. If you wanted to be honest you would instead say "THIS RESERVATION CANNOT BE CANCELLED". You have left me no other choice but to escalate my complaints with the *** *** of ***, the Credit Card Associations, and the Federal Trade Commission to let them know about your fraudulent practices.

I was explained by priceline that they will take care of the extra charge as that is their website problemSo I am asking Priceline to refund my $that was promised by them (they asked me to fax the receipt so that they can pay me back) If they had not promised me I would have made my own decision to keep the rental car or notWhen we book car rental we fill our address then why does not the website tell us clearly write their.

The website site need to shut down, if a customer can not make reservation after noon to midnight the same day. I am rejecting this response because:Thank you for the response but you are only confirming what I said in my complaint. Your policy was not on display when booking the reservation. What your policy is designed to do is defraud your potential customers. If I mistakenly book a room online for the wrong night or location and IMMEDIATELY call up customer service to request that the reservation be cancelled or changed, does it seem fair to be that inflexible to your potential customer. Every other travel service I have ever worked with allows you to cancel or modify a reservation. I travel for business and pleasure frequently and it seems exceedingly shortsighted for Priceline to antagonize their clients for the sake of $97. If you are to this inflexible then I will not only not patronize your services, but I will become a lifelong advocate to others (including my employees) to avoid your services. I will also be filing complaints with the credit card associations and the FTC to suggest that your acceptance of online credit cards should be evaluated due to your deceptive business practices
