I am rejecting this response because:first of all price line gave me cancellation number and told me they will give me credit to business day , that was the reason I purchased another nonstop ticket , if price line didn't assure me that this ticket canceled and price will give credit I would still take inconvenience and fly with one stopI wrote down the number price line gave it to me If ticket cannot chancablenor cancelable how come as soon as I call first time price line offer me dollar fee than they will be able to cancel Authorization mean you authorize a business to charge you a service or merchandise as described , this is basically fraud tricking customer with software play , I am not agree the ticket offered me I authorize only for nonstop ticket and agree cost not one stop . Well let a look with different perspective Priceline canceled ticket with klm klm didn't charge price line but you charging me without any service , what type business that selling air ? This is really not good business practice you should be able to be fair so people will keep using and happy not like that The tremendous stress from this issue , I just go to emergency service for heart problemYou shouldn't stress people like this Issue is simple please understand I mark nonstop you send me long term and condition before even I purchase getting my credit info making me agree doesn't change fact I want it only nonstop ticket Playing trick like that playing with people health will end very serious consequences that you may end up paying millions dollar at litigation pathI have never face last twenty years any business practice like this , mostly business try to make people happy with their purchase Please for god sake be fair that ticket cost nothing to price line you cancel and why you charging me answer this please

I am rejecting this response because: *** was not able to secure a rental car until Sunday 1/3/- days after we alerted Priceline to the problemWhile the offer to reimburse the difference between the original reservation price and what he ultimately paid is a start, it does not take into account his being stranded with his son in *** *** for days with no assistance from PricelineThe final car reservation was for less time, yet still more money though
we are waiting on finalized credit card charges to know how much moreAlso, some of his expenses (rides to and from *** *** and ***, motel room, etc...) have no receiptsCab drivers in *** *** are cash only, the motel also declined to provide a receipt as it was cash onlyWhat about the hours on the phone trying to find a car to rent? Plans were unable to be kept, activities forfeited, and in general time wasted by both *** while in *** *** and myself at home trying to get any assistance from Priceline. Priceline's only immediate offer of help was for us to pay approximately $extra out of pocket because supposedly, according to Priceline, *** ***s would reimburse the difference though we had no verfication of this from ***Until 1/6/when Priceline emailed that they would reimburse the difference between the reservation price and actual cost, after my husband secured another car, we were supposed to trust that *** was going to reimburse usWe had previously told Priceline that *** had hung up the phone on my husband after clearly stating that they would not honor the reservation or address the issue and that he was unable to contact them upon arriving *** ***I sent approximately emails to Priceline between 12/30/and 1/4/with no interventions being proposed by Priceline themselvesWe contacted Priceline as soon as we knew there was a problem, which was on Monday 12/28/15, prior to the trip after when calling to confirm the reservation, *** said they would not honor itThat is when Priceline should have intervened and made arrangements to assist my husband in securing the rental car
