1) The cancellation policy quoted by Priceline was not apparent when I made the reservationIn fact the reservation confirmation states "Flexible Cancellation". 2) The statement that "Priceline doesn't charge you a change or cancellation fee" is deceptiveThe *** *** Hartford cancellation policy is:Cancellation Policy: Cancel before 4PM hotel time on to avoid a charge.Therefore it appears Priceline is pocketing the first night charge.The hotel has "Best Value" rate that cannot be cancelled Obviously that is not the rate I purchased as there is no 3-day leeway referred to by Priceline.These discrepancies demonstrate poor business practices and I would caution anyone against using their services

I am rejecting this response because:Unfortunately, a refund was not filed until I called in to Priceline.com to ask a question about my ticket, and only THEN did I find out that the ticket was cancelled. This means, I could have showed up to the airport in ***, ready to go for my trip, with things booked on the ground in ***, and NOT be able to check in at the ticket counter, and you would have STILL HAD MY MONEY.I think that this is poor business practice and incredibly unethicalIf a ticket is cancelled, it should be refunded IMMEDIATELY, no questions askedWhy did I need to CALL YOU to figure out a) that my ticket was cancelled and b) to REQUEST a refundAre you kidding me?
