I am rejecting this response because: Once again Priceline customer service is ignoring the fact that I was allowed to enter and request morning flights for the departure. Upon review of the several other complaints, I see this is not the first time a customer has complained of the exact same negative action of requesting a particular flight time and Priceline provides whatever, they want to give. Initially, I did not enter my initials in the box agreeing with the contact, but what Priceline does not tell the customers is the website will not work if you do not enter your initials (bait and switch), but I still able to request the morning departure. Customer Service did not address the issue of the connecting flights do not have available seats. Thus, Priceline has sold a flight that I cannot get on, because there are not seats. As I previously stated my initial request and complaint was to change the departure flight to a moring fligh, in an effort to arrive and not miss my event. How knowing the departure will make me miss my event and the connection does not have seats. This was a bogus sale on behalf of Priceline. Priceline customer service has not made any effort or attempt to address the issues; merely reading from the prepared script of "non refundable and non changeable". Surely, if you look at the facts, there is a problem, and I am not th only person with the same complaint. In this case Priceline is at fault and refuse to address, correct, or amend the situation. I KNOW, there can be changes, there is always an exception to all rules. In this matter Priceline is attempting to overlook the issue of their website allowing me to select a morning departure, and they willfull and mallicioulsy selected a flight of their choice. Secondly, with intentional neglect Priceline provided connecting flights, that do not have available seats. Priceline's non-action and non-customer service is high unacceptable, and blatant disregard for the general publicUpon speaking to customer service representatives with *** ***, both advised that Priceline has the ability to change the flight(s). I request and demand a full refund of all fees immediately. Surely, you do not expect me to pay for something that will not accommodate my schedule, and have me stranded in another city without a connecting flight to my destintation. Priceline pulled a bait and switch and assumed I would not do anything about it. This is a TRUE case of CORPORATE BULLYING! Should this matter not be resolved swiftly and with proper resolution, I will present these issues to the media, and proceed with legal action. Govern yourself accordingly
