I am rejecting this response because: I do not find that Priceline has taken this concern seriously, and I find that their promotion of the flights with a note saying, "Book with no risk and cancel within hours with no risk" followed by fine print on some flights that denies this possibility is misleading and comes very near to totally dishonest Since they seem unwilling to take this seriously I cannot accept their pat answer that suggests that I am not bright enough to figure out that their advertising is not okay as it is I feel patronized by their response, and I keep thinking I cannot be the first person who has come up against thisI wonder how many people have actually purchased a flight and then found out that they could not cancel

I am rejecting this response because: This situation was not handled effectively or appropriatelyPriceline's customer service agents repeatedly told me informationI called multiple times on August 10th and August 17thThey said the hotel had received an automated email from Priceline once my reservation had been cancelled on July 20, Even when Priceline had cancelled my reservation, they never notified me in writing or over the phone that a change had been made to my reservationOn August 23rd when I finally was able to speak with a Priceline Supervisor *** *** ** * *** he gave me information as wellWhen I asked him to provide me with proof in writing that Priceline had cancelled my reservation, he completely switched his story and told me that the reservation was actually still intact in Priceline's systemI find it appalling that a third party travel booking platform would put consumers through this stressThe *** has notified me that they cancelled the Priceline reservation on August 24thOnce the dispute is resolved with the bank, my boss should be fully refundedPriceline gave me misinformation and ultimately did not provide any service for us
