I am rejecting this response because I haven't yet checked my credit card to see that the charges have been removed. Also, although I have been communicating with Priceline, and have been told that I would not be charged for a "no show" at the *** *** *** ***, I didn't actually see an email fromthe Revdex.com stating that. I have attached the innkeepers statement about when she had the office open, and the photo of the record of the time of my phone call to the hotel on my phone. I have also attached the original reservation email. Although Priceline and the innkeeper state that the check in hours are from 1:to pm, I don't see that information on my hotel reservation.Also, I havent' yet filed a complaint with the Revdex.com regardig the hotel itself, and I would like a complaint on record with the above information directly associated with the Inn there as well for other consumers to reference when making travel plans

I am rejecting this response because:Actually, I didn't opt to cancelThe employee clearly stated to me that the reservation had already been cancelled I asked him to clarify that specifically and was not given the option to cancel When I attempted to reach someone at Priceline after this initial phone call, I was unable to reach anyone on the phone since I didn't have a valid reservationWhen I reached out through the email form on your website asking for a phone call back, I received a reply that just told me to make another reservation.Upon receiving the original booking confirmation at the ***, I then cancelled another arrangement (that cost me financially), and this was no longer available to book againAs a result, I am struggling to find reasonably priced accommodations in order to attend a wedding that nightLocation is important to me since I will have to head back on occasion to feed and check up on my month old daughterFor these reasons, my initial request through Revdex.com was to have a comparable room at a hotel in the vicinity (*** ***) for the same rate that I had locked into initially.
