I am rejecting this response because:Good Morning *** It's been a life experience to deal with Priceline The problem continues with Priceline when they say I can use the ticket before March 16, 2016, pay $and a $add on fee each way, that's another $120, so now the ticket will cost me $720, plus pay the price difference of the $and the current price of the ticket now ( the price now is actually cheaper ). The information I have received from *** is: to BOOK before March 16th, but can fly at anytime, the need to pay $for re-booking with no add on charges, and the current price of a ticket is $350. What I don't understand is why Priceline, who doesn't even own an airplane, have more control over the airline ticket then United? Can't Priceline do the same for me as United to keep a customer satisfied, and continue goodwill for future business? I would like to use my $ticket, pay the $re-booking fee and use it for the dates of June - 29th of
