I am rejecting this response because: as my complaint states I was well aware of my agreement with PricelineI am not disputing the agreementMy point was due to unforeseen circumstances I had to let my reservation go and Priceline’s customer service did nothing to help the situationI just asked for a 10% -20% off my next booking with Priceline as a courtesyI was told nothing could be done yet I just received an automatic email saying I could get 10% off my next booking. Its ok, there were two lessons learned never book a non-refundable, non-changeable or non-transferable room ever and never book with Priceline.
