I am rejecting this response because: I have screen shots of the conversation between I and a representative of Priceline.com stating the reservation can be refunded if the hotel agreesThe hotel manager has given me the run around and Priceline.com the rub around and unfortunately somehow this complaint was skipped by the hotel and sent to Priceline.comI know that there are always acceptions made when circumstances allowThere is something a business can do to compensate me for a good I am returning in original conditionIf there is nothing a business is willing to do for a returned unused good then it is a bad business because it is essentially robbing it's customerI will not use Priceline for further travel expenses in the future and I will tell others of my probably un-unique experience.

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke to the General Manager of *** ***, *** ***, Shawn M*** several times on 10/15, the day all of this happened, and he informed me that he did not charge me for the cancellation of the room and therefore, Priceline has no right to keep my money on behalf of *** ***.Furthermore, I did not initial anything on the Priceline website that said I agreed to a full nights charge for the cancellationI simply clicked cancel and instead of giving me a warning that I was about to be charged and an option to keep the reservation, it simply cancelled the room and charged me with no way of undoing it.Priceline owes me this money back as I only see this as fraud and theft on their part considering the hotel waived the cancellation fee. I will not go away on this, I want my money back!

I am rejecting this response because: they advertise best price guarantee and I have found several cheaper flights ! It does not say exact flightcheaper it says cheaper flights guarantee I booked the bargain flight with them and they advertised a cheaper bargain flight to same city from the same city on the same day and return flight same ! That is tricky deceptive advertising!! I’ve always used Priceline for all my bookings and never ran into this problem before! I still feel like they should refund the difference!!!

I am rejecting this response because: I know that I did not enter the price of $ That price was no where in my thought process, so I have no idea where it would have come from...it's not even close to being a typo from the bid I was planning to make, it's not part of my address, phone number, or any other information I would have been entering Additionally, as I mentioned in my initial response, it makes no sense that I would have placed a bid for an amount that was more then I could have booked the same room for through the Express Deal tool....see my attachment I accept that I obviously did not review the information carefully enough as it is very difficult to do on a small cell phone screen As I already explained, I have used the Name Your Own Price tool, numerous times, and thought it was just the same jargon that I typically see.I have spent more then half of my career as a Customer Service Manager Not a single company I have worked with has such a policy as to have no flexibility related to fixing such an issue, whether said issue was cause by the customer or within the company
