I am rejecting this response because: your contract is void on the fact this hotel manager told your company numerous times to remove them from your website as they did not want to participate and that your site is using misleading information to make people want to book at this location which is advertising ,which is a crime subject to persecution by lawYou are deliberately tricking people into thinking this is a nice area close to the airport when it is not ,I have pictures to prove this is in the middle of nowhere without ny public transport nearby and not anyay close to the logan aiport as the site statesPlease issue a refund and we will be done with this matter as your are falsely advertising a glorious restort like location when in fact it is on the main highway overlooking a quarry with no sidewalks

confirm that the consumer contacted
Priceline claiming he found an Express Deals offer on our site for a
lower rate of $per day for the same property (original rate was $117.00)
He requested that we either honor the lower rate, or cancel the booking
Although the exact property is not displayed on the Express Deals website, we reviewed
the room rates on our site at that time and determined that the rate for the
exact hotel, *** *** ***, Las Vegas, was higher than the rate
purchasedWe also called the hotel in efforts to assist the consumer and ask
for an exception to cancel policy; however, they advised that they could not make
an exception to the cancel policyThe representative explained to the customer
that he is not eligible for a refund in accordance with our Best Price
Guarantee since we were unable to locate a lower rate and cannot confirm that
the hotel offered on our Express Deals website was for the exact hotel, ***
*** ***, Las VegasExpress Deals hotels are disclosed after
purchaseWe also reviewed the rates for this property and confirmed that the
rate on our Published Price listing for the *** *** ***, Las
Vegas is higher than the consumer’s room
rate We informed the consumer that we
are unable to change or cancel the reservationThe consumer then chose to
dispute the purchase with his credit card issuing bankOnce the consumer initiates a
credit card dispute with the intent not to pay for an authorized purchase, and
the bank withdraws the funds from Priceline outside the terms of this
agreement, the reservation is cancelledThe consumer further
advised that he attempted to check-into the
hotel, and was advised that his reservation was cancelled because of the
dispute, and stated that he had to purchase a new reservation directly with the
hotelPriceline again contacted the hotel concerning the consumer’s claims and
the hotel advised that they were unable to find a new booking that the customer
booked directly with themThey added that they do not have any records indicating
that the guest attempted to check inThey also advised that their records only
indicate that the customer called to cancel his reservation on October 3,
and they advised him to call Priceline directlyThey advised that the
reservation was cancelled on their system on October 14, and they confirmed
that the guest did not attempt to cheas claimedThe hotel further
reiterated that no refunds can be processedWe are sorry that we are unable to assist the consumer any
further in this situation

The hotel?s front desk should not have shown you our rate
when they tried to charge your card for this bookingThe rate is a specially
negotiated rate with the hotel that is normally not available to the general
publicWe receive these rates because of the volume of rooms we sell on our
site and we still try to price them very competitively
We have contacted the *** *** *** *** And *** *** *** on your behalf and verified that although they tried to charge
your personal card for $151.13, the attempt to charge was not successful
because the card declinedBecause of this, they did not process any refund on
your cardThey also declined our request to refund the price difference
However, as a one-time exception, a refund request of the price difference,
$15.18, was submitted to our management team for reviewThis process can take
up to daysOnce the refund is approved, we will issue a refund to your bank
within one business day
Your bank will then post it to your accountThe bank
