offers a variety travel service options, including our Published Price service
where the consumer selects his/her specific itinerary, including nonstop flights
When
selecting a reservation, the consumer is provided with the terms and booking conditions
associated with each reservationIn this case, the consumer selected a
reservation that provided greater savings and less flexibilityOur records
confirm that in order to obtain greater savings, the consumer selected the purchases
a Name Your Own Price reservation and agreed to make one stop in each direction
as noted on his initialed contractThe consumer then contacted Priceline requesting
a refund for the reservation as he did not want an itinerary with one stopover
The consumer was advised that he selected the purchase of a Name Your Own Price
ticket and agreed to the terms and conditions listed on his contract page, including
making one stopover in each directionWe informed the consumer that we are
unable to change, cancel or refund the reservationThe consumer then chose to
dispute the purchase with his credit card issuing bankOnce the consumer
initiates a credit card dispute with the intent not to pay for an authorized
purchase and the bank withdraws the funds from Priceline outside the terms of
this agreement, the reservation is cancelled I am sorry that Priceline is unable to assist
the consumer any further in this situation
