I am rejecting this response because:I had to chat with customer care reps(second customer care rep closed the chat not even waiting for my reply ) to prove that the scheduled pickup date that I selected was Midnight and the system took 12:AMThere is no way in priceline system to choose 12:AM (No 12:AM option in priceline calendar)I want to know why my itinerary showed 12:AM instead of 12:00AM. The reason I am stressing the time is because, The priceline representative denied to match the price that I got from different website with the scheduled pickup time 12:00AM

I am rejecting this response because: I ask that you please read the email that I am sending and not send me an auto response I feel as though you did not read my last message because there were assumptions made that I did not make in my messageI am not saying I am unhappy with the room I am saying that the priceline website had a technical error that changed the conditions of the bid which I feel voids that contract on principle I am trying to go though Priceline to rectify this issue and not proceed further remedies like a *** charge dispute The website had an error that changed what I selceted to a different zoneWhen I was placing the bid and signed the contract I was under the impression that I was placing a bid on a 3-1/star level room and the site reflected those selections When the bid got processed all the conditions of my bids changed and I was some how bumped from a 3-1/star selection to bid to a star selceted room I am not mad about the hotel I am upset that my star level was deceptively changed by the websitePlus I would've never bid as high for the room in question if I knew the site was going to have a bug and change my selections to a different star level this a financial issue not a room issue I feel baited and switched by the websiteMy request is that you rectify the website Error by refunding the remaining amount so that I may continue to rebook on Priceline
