I am rejecting this response because:
I was unable to use the room I was directed away from the area by a police officer I am not going to argue with a officer regardless of what priceline feels I do not care what the manager says I was not able to get to the hotel I'm sorry that they feel that have the right to rip someone off who made an attempt to get to the hotel I do hope that one day they get put in the position I was and get taken advantage of so that they know how it feels.

About a weeks away from PCS to my phase AIT training site I reserved a rental car online with Hertz through priceline.com
After a week I called their customer service to cancel the reservation (my order changed), so I ended up getting a new car instead of waiting till my next duty station to
get a new carThey said it was cancelled, gave me a reservation and told me that the money for the reservation will be refund in to daysAfter days I called and they told me that the reservation was not refundable and they also told me I cannot speak to a manager and told my there is nothing they can do that they will keep the money and hung upThe reservation was for march to april
Desired Resolution
I want priceline to refund my money, and look into their customer serviceAlso clarify if service is none refunded, instead of tricking people into itAnd lying that the reservation is cancelledBut to say it was not after it is past the reservation date

Again, the location of your map is wrong, I would send your the location detail of map if you provide your email addressActually there are two other areas in the north of the *** center-***, this hotel is even in the further further north of these two, which is 20miles away!

Your agent (*** ***) did call *** and she affirmed records state that I did cancel the same day of the reservation. I can imagine possibly them not refunding the same day cancelation but why not refund the 2nd day? That does not make sense

I am rejecting this response because:Priceline statement is and not true......let me pull out some facts;....1.Flight arrived at *** airport at 5:20am we are out of plane by 5:custom and border 5:45-6;05am .......2.baggage claim 6:10-6:20am WE HAD TO CLAIM OUR LUGGAGE AGAIN !........3.Transport from terminal to terminal (2miles away)6:20-6:35am.....4.arrive at Jet Star counter 6:40am with our baggage(on time with min left to departure) .......4.At Jet star counter :rejected boarding Jet Star closes down their international planes hour before departure which in this case would be 6:05am...so our TRANSFER TIME WAS NOT AS THE PRICELINE CLAIM MIN .....IN FACT IT WAS ONLY MIN...(5:arrival -6:close down ..departure 7:05)......45min ...let me remind You that in min time frame we had to go through .......1.custom and border check...2.baggage claim....3.travel miles from terminal to terminal where Jet Star is located ....4.reclaim our luggage to Jet Star.......IT IS SIMPLY NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE IT IN SUCH A SHORT TIME.......THE LAW REQUIRES AT LEAST MIN TO TRANSFER FROM PLANE TO PLANE!...............At Jet Star counter we were rejected to board .....simply too late ......family of adults children 2y and 10y left in the limbo because of phony Priceline itinerary .......no offer of any assistance at all .....and had to purchase plane tickets to the destination somewhere else (*** ***.........I demand full refund from Priceline of 800+SIN$ that makes 600usa$.....if not I am afraid we going to have to dispute this before court
