I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive any credit. Furthermore, My goal with this was not moneyMy goal was for you to recognize your misleading site and horrible customer serviceWhen I arrived at hotel they were even shocked at the way I was treated and offered to reverse it on their endBut they couldn't because there was no reservation in their systemThey told us to stay without payment till they sorted it out It took days to sort out. I am fairly certain the hotel reversed the payment and they charged our card for room at a lesser rate. Even without all this trouble, it was a disaster because the hotel did not have our reservation upon arrival and check in took over an hour due to priceline.

I've been a Priceline Customer, for over yearsRecently, I booked a star hotel in London, with the name your own price option with booking # ***, for a total cost paid of $
Although this hotel is located in close distance to many attractions, I called Priceline Customer
Care line twice, and asked for it to be canceled and my $refunded , as this hotel does not feature many of the amenities of your typical Star Hotel, such as Gym, Business Center, and Traditional Concierge Service etc
I was told the Star Rating, is based on hotel location, staff kindness and cleanliness by one of the Priceline Reps
So, basically, I paid $for a bed, and complimentary breakfast, that's it
When I Called the Customer Care Line, I was told nothing could be done, as I chose the Name your own price option, I even emailed Priceline, with the same result, sorry no refundsBasically, I wanted to have it canceled and rebook another hotel through the site
