correspondence According to the consumer, the
agent did not disclose that exchange fees are incurred with the exchange of the
ticketThe consumer therefore requests a refund for airline collected exchange
feesUpon careful review of this matter we have again confirmed that the fees
were clearly disclosedThe agent stated to the consumer that the tickets are
non-refundable and the rebooking fee is $p/ticket, plus the increase in
fare, and a $per ticket processing feePlease note that all ticket
exchanges are subject to exchange fees in accordance with airline policyExchange
rules and fees vary by airline and type of fare purchasedThe airline's rules
and fees associated with the consumer’s ticket purchase are clearly disclosed within

Price-line ** *** *ever asked for disturbing pictures of the bug infested, dirty stained sheetsThe hotel man did go to the room and say he saw nothing wrong with itI never expected him to admit the room and hotel was filthyUpon further investigation of reviews of the hotel I see many reviews stating bugs and uncleanliness. I wish price-line would have put those reviews on their site. *** was in the room for less then an hourThe time she was in the room she called me and was speaking to me and sending me pictures of the room over the phoneI am the one who told her not to accept a different roomThe lobby being completely torn apart and under construction was not in the hotels description when I agreed to the terms of the rental.The hotel showed the quality with the first room why would we accept anotherThat is not something I chance when I send me child miles away from home. Again, Priceline's poor service is a scam that needs to be resolved for better customer satisfaction and for them to be held accountable for the payment transactionThe hotel generated was no where within the correct boundaries of the map as advertised In fact, the details on the website are misleading as we were booking for "***" city, not a location further south than ***. The fact that we were still charged $229.37 for a room that was NOT in the correct location and was OVER an hour away from our vacation destination needs to be addressed.As I quickly called Priceline following them generating the incorrect hotel room and they were unwilling to resolve the hotel complaint in a timely manner or give us a fair exchange for their error, I would like a full refund as I paid for a service that was *not correctly given

consumer is provided with the cancel policy associated with each reservation,
prior to purchaseIn this case, the consumer selected a reservation that
provided greater savings and less flexibilityAdditionally, in the event that
a consumer locates a lower rate for the exact same reservation, Priceline
offers a price guarantee in accordance with the best price guarantee policy as disclosed
on our websiteWe are truly sorry that the consumer’s selected purchase is non-refundable

I am rejecting this response because:Thank you for responding, however I don't think there was any confusion involved, more like deceitYou blew right pass the core of the complaint.When you advertise rates and use words like "Total Cost" and send confirmations using "Paid in Full" those words are used to convey something to your clientsSuch as, this is how much your room is going to cost if you book through usYep, you buried on your web page, in small print, disclaimersThere is the rubI am to show up for a room you advertise as "Paid in Full" but you know there will be a "mandatory" fee of some unknown amount charged me upon my arrival in addition to what you charged (and if I don't pay these undisclosed fees the hotel will charge me for the room anyway because I am now unable to give the required time notice for a cancellation)Priceline puts their clients in contracts while intentionally hiding parts of the cost as silent fees their affiliate hotels will collect for them, a really underhanded way to keep your advertised rates lowwell, you did convey something to this ex-client; you sell products under promises you know you are really not going to deliver.Interestingly these fees, the $per night, was not just their "Resort Fee"It includes $*** ***, $Tourism Assessment and a $*** *** *d, your Summary of Charges also includes $in taxes and feesDid the City of *** *** receive the Taxes you collected from me twice for the same room for the same night?Until Priceline uses the words "Total Cost" and "Paid in Full" to actually mean that, they will not get me, nor anyone I can advise as a clientBook directly!
