We are writing to let you know that we received your RevDex.com concern in our Executive Offices.I understand that you would like a refund of $391.00 back to the card you used. Thank you for bringing this to our attention when you did not receive an email after booking the reservation. I... have forwarded your concern to the appropriate department. The $391.00 that was taken from your card was the price of your return ticket for 5 passengers. As part of our billing process, we do authorize your card to make sure that it's valid and that it will accept the charges. Since no tickets were generated the authorization will fall off depending on your bank. We do not recommend disputing the charge to your card company as it may hinder the process of the authorization to fall off. Your attempt to book a reservation did not go through due to changing flight availability. Fares also change from time to time which may affect your ability to book a reservation. You had almost months but you never gave us the notification that the flight was canceledAs flight agent, I believe that is YOUR DUTY to notify your customersWe found out the flight was canceled at the airport the date we planned to flyWE WERE SHOCKED THAT YOU DIDN'T NOTIFY US!You claim you didn't do anything wrongThen tell me why our flight was canceled and you never try to contact us about that? It is not acceptable! You've obviously acknowledged some wrong doing on your part, since you issued a partial refundyet at the same time you're saying well you knew it was a one star property and you denied insurance so this is all on you, you should have know what you were in forOne star properties still need to maintain basic level of cleanliness and follow health codeI don't feel as though, you as the company responsible for placing people in these properties are doing your part to ensure the properties are up to standardsObviously, from your complaints this Revdex.com complaint is a common practice for your companyYou should be so proud of who you are and what you stand for as a company [redacted]

Thank you for responding to my concern From the time that I knew I wouldn't be able to fly I immediately called customer service line for Priceline to let them know that I did not feel safe to fly in my conditionRightly so, I was coughing and dizzy and very very weak, I drove myself to [redacted] Hospital emergency room and was seen by the attending physician on call, although the physician said I wasn't contagious, I ran a fever of 102-103, I informed the nurses as well as the physician to descibe that I couldn't make my flight because of itThey provided me with an excuse as well as what my symptoms were I would have called Priceline right after I got back home, if they had said thatI was more than grateful for thatThe medication was [redacted] with [redacted] so from the time I left the emergency room , waiting to get the presciption filled I was incoherent and just wanted to go to bedI was bedridden for at least five days, I have the documentation from the hospital stating were I was and who the physicain was, and the hospital bill as well as the prescriptions I am asking Priceline to refund me the money, or credit for future travel, since they stated that they would Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]

This customer issued a chargeback with her credit card She won the dispute and in not liable to pay the credit card company for this reservation As a result, the customer has in fact been refunded and there is no further monies due to the customer
