Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Priceline.com provided me and misleading information when I was doing research to book a hotelThis information influenced my decision to book the hotel, but disappeared after I bookedThe information showed that the hotel's guest rating was much higher than it actually wasPriceline.com refuses to acknowledge that this information was showing and states that because it was not shown to have the high guest rating in the contract page then they are not responsibleI believe that whether the website of priceline.com had a glitch or it was purposely placing misleading information, I deserve a refund or creditIn addition to the initial complaint, the hotel I received was out of hot water and I was unable to even get a hot shower when checking out of the hotel in the morning following my stay overnightPriceline.com has failed to explain why the information I saw about the guest rating of my hotel being higher than what I received was postedThey have not detailed why this occursI do not consider this complaint settled and reject the response from priceline.com Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did not go to the [redacted] website to book the car I went to the Priceline web site to set it up When I was at the car rental counter the [redacted] representative told me that my issue was with Priceline and not them She further explained that if I had booked directly with them they could have made some accommodations at their expense This is nothing but a situation where both parties are pointing fingers at each other Also if you go the Priceline website the car that was advertised is shown to seat people with pieces of luggage According to the [redacted] representative there was no way that particular car could seat that many people So this also was a classic case of advertising In regards to me signing a contract with [redacted] at the rental counter What would you do if it's almost 10:p.min a crowded [redacted] Airport the day before a holiday weekend and you still have a hour drive ahead of you Sincerely, [redacted]
