Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: when booking on priceline express deals or with hotwire, you are booking with star ratings and areas of where you want to stay We do not know the hotel until we book it and pay for itThe check in and check out dates, number of rooms, star rating, and room type was identical In order to find out the hotel name, I would have had to book and pay for the room Your best price guarantee states ,express deal, if you find a better deal, you will refund the difference And I have done that in the same booking way that Priceline deals If we have to pay on another website to find out if it is the exact same deal, it is misleading the consumers Sincerely, [redacted] ***
