I attempted to purchase a vacation package on 1/29/at a price of about $in the evening around 5pm and when I was finished entering the payment information and attempted to book the package, it said I had multiple browsers open so it was not sure if the details of my vacation package was
what I truly wantedI did not have Priceline open in any other browserWhen I went back to the website seconds later, the prices had significantly increased to over $I attempted to contact Customer Service via the chat function to address the issue and lock in the advertised price but the representative said the price was not guaranteed until I completed bookingI explained that I had completed booking and was kicked out through no fault of my ownI had gone as far as entering in all payment information and clicking "Book My Vacation Now." The advertised price should be honoredOtherwise, it is advertisingAt this point, I am very disappointed with the serviceI would like for this issue to be resolved so that I may book at the original advertised price

I am rejecting this response because:They keep giving the same stock answer A hotel is not 1, 2, or star based on people's assessment if a place is clean or notA *** *** can be cleanThat does NOT make it a four star hotel Attached is from Priceline's website where they say this hotel will be comparable to a ***, ***, ***, *** It was NOT comparable to those hotels It was a MOTEL star hotels do NOT have wall unit air conditioners They don't have the low grade showers and bathrooms this hotel had I have photos of the hotel I'm not able to attach more than one file on this but want to show what the room looked like It Did NOT look, smell or SOUND like a four star hotel (I have a sound file of what the wall unit air conditioner sounded like all night.) I put in this complaint so that Revdex.com can investigate Priceline's practices, not get more PR bs from Priceline Their system is obviously broken from complaints that have been lodged against them for their practices but I want them to actually be investigatedThey had a fiduciary responsibility to check their hotels and make sure that they were rated accordingly, NOT because someone gave it a clean ratingPlease let me know where I can send the sound file of the air condition and the photos of the room
